brian_heard@hotmail.com
I'm having a variety of issues since the patch came out in quick battles (strange terrain, tiny maps are huge, etc). Is there a quick way to depreciate the install the back to 1.00? thanks
ridethe415
Uninstall and reinstall v1.0. Can't "undo" a patch update. If you use backup software you can retrieve the app before the patch was installed If the problem continues after reinstalling...contact the help desk.
brian_heard@hotmail.com
thanks, so it should not count for activations?
BlackMoria
As I understand it from the revamp of of the activation system - no, it will NOT affect your activations.
sburke
Actually delete the 101 brz and then just run a reinstall. The two primary files are the additional brz for the patch and the exe file. You have to reinstall to fix the exe, but you can just delete the brz. It will not cost an activation.
MarkEzra
I can confirm that the QB Map in question was correctly displayed in V1.0 and Borked in V1.01

IanL
Yeah but if he wants to get the original QB maps back he will need to do a fresh install of 1.0 One thing you can do is install 1.00 in a new directory and then have both versions.
sburke
Yeah but if he wants to get the original QB maps back he will need to do a fresh install of 1.0 One thing you can do is install 1.00 in a new directory and then have both versions. the QBs are stored in the same my docs user folder so a new install in a different location would overwrite the QBs to the v.100 version. Still a good plan I think.
IanL
Oh right. I was focusing to much on the delete the 101 brz file.... You are correct. And worse, my suggestion would caused the wrong maps to be there at the end.
