umlaut
Hi I´m looking for a couple of people who´d like to test my new scenario "Rainy River". This is a small/medium Allies vs AI battle about a recon force that has to seize a river crossing from german defenders - and repel a subsequent counter attack. 90 minutes but not too many forces to control. If you´re interested please send me a PM with your email adress - and I´ll send the btt file. Cheers
womble
Am I right in thinking that the brimmed helmets and ?Daimler? AC means it's a Commonwealth module-needing scenario?
mjkerner
Am I right in thinking that the brimmed helmets and ?Daimler? AC means it's a Commonwealth module-needing scenario? Yup, that'd be a correct assumption.
umlaut
Yes. There are Daimler IIs, Staghounds, Humber IIIs, an MMG carrier, Loyd carriers - and more. Still room for one more tester if you hurry

Childress
Hi I´m looking for a couple of people who´d like to test my new scenario "Rainy River". Looks atmospheric! One question unrelated to your scenario: What happens to troops that 'cower' in a fordable body of water. Do they drown? Or merely hold their breath?

Do they drown? Or merely hold their breath? Thanks, it was meant to be atmospheric Your question is really easy to answer. While testing the scenario one of the germans HMGs turned into the U-42:

Childress
Your question is really easy to answer. While testing the scenario one of the germans HMGs turned into the U-42: This guy was beneath the surface for 20 seconds tops. So, obviously holding his breath. Therefore, NOT a bug. More than a minute however is, well, problematic except perhaps for Navy Seals or- in the WW2 era- underwater demolition teams.
Jaeger Jonzo
This is a cracking little fight! As a volunteer tester and big fan of recon, I am really enjoying the challenge. 'Only the enemy in front'
