MisterMark
Just one of the many strange things I've seen in this game... This time I remembered to take a screen shot. The tank rolled through the house with no damage to either the house or the tank. Is this a known bug? -Mark
LongLeftFlank
It usually happens when you place forces first, then subsequently add a building. This has been true since CMSF days, although it doesn't always happen. The only cure is to delete and then re-add the units. Basically, it's a bad idea to change the map once you've deployed forces on it.
MisterMark
This actually happened in a QB during game play....
A Canadian Cat
Did it make it out the other side? I had a tank once that ended its move inside a building and I could not give it any more move orders and remained stuck there. I often wondered if the move end point was further forward if it would have been OK. BTW the order I specified should have had the tank pull up *next* to the building - some how the pathing was tweaked and it ended up in the building.

Yeah it made it through the other side no problem!
Denis1973
I suppose that this happens because of building is not completely occupied whole action spot. So game engine thinking that this is "open terrain" while 3D model occupied part of it. You can check this, making in editor a map with buildings occupied only part of action spot and try to put something near it in deploy window. So, "what you see is what you get" slogan is a fake

Denis1973
post this to why you stopped playing:D ... and to 'why I hate action spots' too, maybe?
Vanir Ausf B
So, "what you see is what you get" slogan is a fake Class action lawsuit? If BFC lose they have to give us the Lynx in QBs and a new King Tiger model.
