A SOLUTION THAT WORKED FOR ME!
Both Final Blitzkrieg and Normandy kept crashing after 20 to 40 min play. By coincidence i discovered that my powersettings in Win 10 was set to balanced, even though i remember that ive put it to high performance. Go to win 10 menu, power options and additional powersettings. Click HIGH PERFORMANCE, save and start game as administrator, No crash for 4 hours now!! :D

    Did not work for me

    1. If the enemy is in range, so are you.
    2. Incoming fire has the right of way.
    3. Don't look conspicuous, it draws fire.
    4. There is always a way, and it usually doesn't work.
    5. The problem with the easy way out is that it has already been mined.
    6. Try to look unimportant, they may be low on ammo.
    7. Professionals are predictable, it's the amateurs that are dangerous.
    8. The enemy invariably attacks on two occasions:
      1. when you're ready for them.
      2. when you're not ready for them.
    9. Teamwork is essential, it gives them someone else to shoot at.
    10. If you can't remember, then the claymore IS pointed at you.
    11. The enemy diversion you have been ignoring will be the main attack.
    12. A "sucking chest wound" is nature's way of telling you to slow down.
    13. If your attack is going well, then it's an ambush.
    14. Never draw fire, it irritates everyone around you.
    15. Anything you do can get you shot, including nothing.
    16. If you build yourself a bunker that's tough for the enemy to get into quickly, then you won't be able to get out of it quickly either.
    17. Never share a foxhole with anyone braver than yourself.
    18. If you're short of everything but the enemy, you're in a combat zone.
    19. When you've secured the area, don't forget to tell the enemy.
    20. Never forget that your weapon is made by the lowest bidder.
    21. Friendly fire isn't.
    22. If the sergeant can see you, so can the enemy.

    43. The complexity of a weapon is inversely proportional to the IQ of the weapon's operator.
    44. Airstrikes always overshoot the target, artillery always falls short.
    45. When reviewing the radio frequencies that you just wrote down, the most important ones are always illegible.
    46. Those who hesitate under fire usually do not end up KIA or WIA.
    47. The tough part about being an officer is that the troops don't know what they want, but they know for certain what they DON'T want.

Yes, CMSF1 is our #2 best selling Base Game by direct sales unit count (with retail sales it is probably #1).  CMBN is solidly in the #1 slot for direct sales.  Obviously ;)  Even when we look at first 12 month sales only (apples to apples time comparison), CMSF1 is only slightly edged out into the #3 slot.  What edged it out?  CMRT.  As we expected, Eastern Front fans are more fanatical than most, therefore the game sold fast and furious before settling down.  Adjusted for time since release, Black Sea is our #3 best seller by unit count.

We've been very happy with the level of support shown for all our CM2 products.  Some pay for themselves a little bit better than others, but in the end it works out well for everybody.  I think we should put out T-shirts and bumper stickers that say "Have You Hugged a CMBN Player Today?" 😛

Thanks, Interesting read! I was especially happy that my favorite CMBS did well.

Yes, Shilka and Uncon ZU-23-2 AA trucks are a terror to roaming airpower. Plus AA missile manpads are in the game now.

Oh, now that I think of it, I don't know if US is fielding Stinger AA missiles or not. I'll have to ask around. AA defense has been deemphasized because in theory the Syrian air force has been knocked out (though for QB play Syrian boasts a strong airpower arm). Syria 2007 is not Ukraine 2017 air threat-wise.

Well, I was about to pre order but saw your post... checked my order details for download version only and it says the same, standard delivery charge is $28.

I'll give it a miss until I find out what is going on... £93 it works out for that bundle. extra on top of that might just break my budget  :(

Yeah, probably the best idea to wait a while. I am sure it is a mistake and gets fixed asap. Never gotten shipping fees in the past from BF.  I opened a ticket for it.

The game could look much better, it's true. Fidelity is the number one obstacle for people I try to shill  pitch this game to.

I used to think the same but nowadays my opinion is that they would just hit the next tree instead and the one after that and the one after that... Graphics -> UI -> Controls -> Gameplay -> Multiplayer -> Performance -> the list goes on...

The panzerfaust 3 is not an unguided weapon. It is laser guided, and is the most accurate hand-held AT weapon aside from the Javelin. Not sure on the 900m range though. I suspect it is more like 400-500m in practical reality.

It is unguided or well, depends on how unconventional your classification of "guided" is. Panzerfaust 3 has laser range finder and a ballistic computer. These assist in aiming but do not make it any more guided than lets say 120mm APFSDS-T fired from a Leo2A4 with the help of its fire control systems.

I misunderstood the context in which Bil was using the "900m" range. But I doubt that the hit percentages at ranges of +300m against vehicle sized targets are anything to write home about...

Are your T-90 crews green or do they have negative training levels, Bil.....Their apparently ludicrous inaccuracy is already giving me major cause for concern.

It is  just dice rolls and not even that many yet.

Thanks for that.  I will be careful around them and try to keep them outside their effective range (around 900 meters) though I think this AT Team is already within that range to some of my vehicles.

900m for an unguided weapon? Maybe half effective area fire from that range but to hit a vehicle... I doubt it.
