So the attached .btt is map only ? This can’t be used in QB I suppose - as that needs AI planned into it ? I opened the map and looks gorgeous - especially the mud walls and small openings . Really cool. Reminded me of Arma2 British forces

I second this effort. Afghanistan is a cool depiction . I wish to mention also - not sure how many here agree - I simply Love those scenarios that contains a handful / manageable force (5 / 6 units infantry +/- Humvees or jeeps to get around ) and allows one ample of time to manouver & savor the doodads around. I know I know CMSF is not a special forces game - but I’ve seen many gifted authors design small intense ones. @Combatintman comes to mind

Guys - I noticed some grunts brandishing side weapons (pistols) - are those eye candy ? Or used ? I’m aware tank crew use pistols... thanks

Guys ! I fired up this campaign in CMSF2 - looks a gem thus far.
Im going to have a LONG December. Thanks @Combatintman for reminding me that these are compatible. Considering the amount of CMSF1 content, this is a goldmine.

Ok ! & it should appear specced up graphic wise too ? I be damned. Got to try it out ASAP. So even campaigns such as hearts of darkness etc.

Hi All, I don't think this little reply/post deserves its own post title - and since its a 'glitch' (I think) I thought id mention it here. In a single battle scenario. Cleaning House. the mission where to take three Obj, and the Hospital. I noticed when I select the Blast command... the pixeltruppen seem to do a 'Quick Run' as opposed to blast. Anyone slipped on this ? Can anyone verify ? 10x guys.
And whilst on the topic. AWESOME WORK BFC ! I was sold the minute I heard flies zooming around my ears in the middle of heat

I have a MBP 2016 Retina display touch
and CMSF2 runs amazing with full specs on high/on including shade and trees.
RAM is also 8Gb

Eg. Assassination mission
Now, I'm sorry I don't recall the exact game terms. But if you reduce an enemy unit strength (eg. HQ squad) to a single man, and set the unit as a "unit goal" (am I remembering this right?) with a very high point award, you will win the battle when you kill him. Also add an exit goal, so your soldiers must escape, and the mission will be an assassination mission, in the style of the Bin Laden raid.
This is @Combatintman best area to suggest - he’s a rocket in this style of play

As a side note, im aware of single based scenarios done based on Band of brothers. However there is no campaign based on the such ? Correct?

I tend to agree... In fact - perhaps some veterans of the game can remind us, Is it norm for BFC to release an actual date when v close as opposed to 'end of Sept', or 'before the month of November' or 'Xmas time'. I think I know what @Rujasu means... it does build a different type of hype if a date is set.. even if in 2 weeks time. Hell even if in one month time.
