You can try download it again (perhaps it may be corrupted file). Here is a functional version of the Hammertime scenario, I tried it now in 1.21 version.

and do you have patched to the latest version (1.21 for Battlefront version or 1.20 for Paradox and Gamersgate version)?

If downloaded file have extension *.rar or *.zip, you must unpack it first (with WinRar or WinZip program). Scenarios extension are *.btt or *.btb.

I try it, and it's the same - British module is required

tutorial campaign contains paradox patch 1.01. I do not know why it does not include the 1.10 patch.
