I have demo scenarios in scenario folder but this scenarios does not contain battle list in CMSF

And I have next one question. I download few scenarios and some scenarios have extension *.btt and some *.btb. Is any difference between this files?

in cmmods I find scenarios for CMFS from v1.00 to v1.08. I'd like ask, whether are differences (unit, AI, TacAI, enviroment, behaviour...) when I play scenario designed for lower version (etc. on v1.05) in current version 1.08? thanks

and why kalypso don't release english version of patch? I don't understand what kapypso doing. I have Paradox version of CMSF and after release Battlefront patch Paradox release his version in 1-2 day (also with implementation of securom).
