  1. I am sorry but I got a new error for my mod: FAILED(splash_message_dialog: draw_splash_message_text): Segmentation violation Please, could anybody tell me what this mean and maybe a solution to fix it.
  2. Great! So I will wait for the patch and may add a script later. Important to know that that is no issue from my Mod.
  3. I made a Mod “Fall Weiss” for GC and it works fine so far. But now I have an issue with belligerence. Italia (major country) missed to DOW France (major too) and one or two turns later France surrender to Germany. Now Italian troops could not go into the Low Countries and Northern France. They may go thru Germany as alliance brother but at the border all moving ends. Is this already been known?
  4. Do I understand right, in mix mode the values are halved or full values in halved turns. I am not a native speaker, sorry. I wanna take that for my German manual too. One additional question: When the carrier is in tactical or mix mode and a combat against Air, Bomber or Carrier units appears. How powerful could my attack be then?
  5. To make my problem maybe a bit clearer. The manual says: If enemy fighters or carriers are likely to intercept your strikes, it will be best to set your carrier to Fighter (CAP) before attacking. This will maximise your air combat potential, though any damage you inflict on ground or naval targets will be minimal. What does „minimal“ mean? Value 0 Again the manual: …setting your carrier to Naval/Tactical will maximise the damage your carrier can inflict with both its strikes against a ground or naval target … What does „maximise“ mean? The Attack Value of the carrier? And if so what value I will get when striking in other mode. Are the properties of carriers splitted to the two different modes? I search thru all threads but did not find any hint about this.
  6. If I go to the properties it shows me the values for all targets. But for carriers I have the choice to go in CAP mode or tactical mode. So if I attack a soft target with my carrier, which value would be taken by the computer? The properties show value 1. But is this either for CAP or for Tactical. And what is the default value when attacking in second mode. Could anybody explain me that.

  8. Now it works, thank you. I am sorry but I have a new problem. I made a new Mod and move all values from WaW Fall Weiss to GC Fall Weiss. And it works fine with some customizing. But: 1) My Naval Forces ALWAYS have a supply level of 10? Never less than 10. What is up? 2) One additional thing, now I have Egypt with a city supply level of 10. I want my old level of 5. But don't know how to reduce it to 5.
  9. A small issue and hope of some help. When I go to the country properties in the editor where the flaggs are shown. In my Mod I see an ugly white edge around my imported national flaggs. The bmp itself looks similar to other bmps. How could I remove the white edges in the national flaggs for the minor countries?

  11. I tried to edit the localization.txt in the main folder. Just to translate all the terms from English into German including the Editor. The txt is ready so far and the game launch with the "new" localization I made. But, I can't start a new game. The game do not show any campaign either single or multiplayer. I can reach the main menu but no submenus/campaigns. Isn't it possible to edit this localization? What do I wrong?
  12. Fixed it with the new "friendly position", set it to Ottawa. Where not explained in the beginning of the txt; try and error.
  13. OK, thank you. I fixed it. But now I have another problem ERROR Failed(handle_loop_scripts):Segmentation violation I take the scripts from a old map for the (same) imported map.
  14. OK, after some turns without problems in my Mod. a new crash appears: Error (draw_sprite_to_buffer): Segmantation violation What about this?
  15. 1) I worked on the convoy.txt and made some changes. A bid strange but finally the convoy routes appears on the map too. 2) I take the map “Fall Weiss” from WaW with all settings that are possible. The game still crashes if I choose the wrong nation. But not that bad cause the Mod works fine.
  16. Hi there, I have two issues and I guess at least one bug. 1) I make a new campaign and anything seems good in the editor itself. The scripts work and I see the convoy routes I made. When I start over no convoy route displays on the map. What is wrong? 2) If I select one or two nations in the country data I receive a message and the editor crashed: Failed (country_data_dialog: draw_unit_orientation)
  17. Hi Guys, I told you from our tournament some weeks ago. OK, here are some facts about the first group phase. We have made 25 mirror games in 8 groups. Many players from all over the world wishes a separate international subpart in the Panzerliga Forum and we did it. One English subpart to talk about tactics and tournament stuff. And additional some extra parts in the AAR child parts. You may watch the Tournament draw in there: http://www.panzerliga.de/dt/docs/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2792 The AAR parts have over 200 replies and over 6500 views. All 8 seeded players have reached the Playoffs. Yesterday the Playoffs began. The best 16 players strike each other always in mirror games. The round sixteen will be finished about middle of May. Quarter, Semi and Final will follow. I will come back to tell you which players are the best in our Panzerliga. Kindly Regards Amadeus from Panzerliga
  18. I love the new Global Conflict Manual, exciting to read only. OK, the new manual says under the script for 1939 World at War that a change of the Norwegian convoy routes is possible. But under the condition, that Sweden belongs to Axis. Seems to be a bit strange, isn't it?
  19. Really? Never saw that in game. I guess every unit in any of my cities has a current supply greater 5 before destroyed. Does that really work?
  20. Quick question about this. 1) When a unit is just destroyed it has no CURRENT supply. Where do I think wrong? 2) Units on the map are not listed in the Production Queue, aren't they? How could they removed from the build list?
  21. Small correction. You only get a PBEM (no multiplayer) folder in SC1 and this will only be created when saving a PBEM turn the first time. So if anybody did not play PBEM before he will not see a folder multiplayer nor Pbem to put in the turn.
  22. I did it and wanna mod a German European Theatre for the Panzerliga. We will take the WaW Fall Weiss map. Regards Amadeus
  23. Is this Hotfix only for english versions or for all foreign versions as well?
  24. This issue is (no offense) surely an issue and I agree to Yolo911. The tactical bomber advance was discussed in the past several times I guess. And if realistic or not it is a bit strange when the Royal Army is made up of nearly 50 – 60 % by only Air units. It lowers the fun factor. Sorry Hubert.
