Quite an interesting article that many Americans should read.

I like Star TreK type equipment so some phasers for melting tanks and vaporizing soldiers would be awesome. Also, moving minefields that seek out the enemy and artillery shells that follow their targets would be quite useful. Perhaps when taking a Victory Flag our troops should receive a full load of ammo (from pillaging the enemy casualties). Hey this could be a really cool game!

Just read the PC Gamers review by William Trotter. His review is excellent as is the 90% rating he gave. Glad that one of Strategy gamings stalwarts really loves the game.

What a review! Pitiful just pitiful. Must have spent more time installing than playing . Weapons upgrades? Must be time for ole Duke Nukem to take over.

Frankly, I have found planes to be quite effective in many battles. The problem I have is that they sometimes are most effective against my own troops!

My experience with aircraft has been iffy too. In one battle I lost a panther and a nashorn to my own aircraft. The panther I could understand as it was close to the Russian lines ,however the Nashorn was way in the German rear. Guess you just take a chance when you have aircraft flying about. On the positive side they do appear to cause more enemy losses than friendly.
