  1. Do you have SC2 version 1.06? Do the campaignfile end with .cgn? Sure you copied everything into the Campaign directory, both campaign file and folder should go there.
  2. Guys. This does'nt seem related to SC2 whatsoever. Consider this a warning. Locking this one up.
  3. Sorry this doesnt seem related to SC2 whatsoever. Martin Moon please only discuss SC2 in here. Consider this a warning. Locking this up.
  4. Moonslayer! Is it possible to just have a look at your building and unit bitmaps-sheets? I like your work and want very much to take a look at them. Kuniworth@hotmail.com
  5. One more thing. Russian artillery. With strike range 1 they are not so much help...
  6. Well some requests: * Greek partisans should be really strong in 1945. * Albanian and Tito partisans would be good. * State of Croatia I would like too see. * Dont forget Turkey joining allies in 1945.
  7. Cool, I'd love to play a rematch, doesnt matter what side. Things are way tougher for France now. More entrenchments, stronger prussians, slightly less effective cavalry and no draw possible anymore. Im very pleased with the new victory conditions. They really get the essence out of the battle and give the player the historical choices. Fighting will be desperate as no draw are possible anymore, now players not only have to chose what sector to attack on, but also if they should go for that knock out blow or play defensively. This include France too.
  8. Get it at cmmods.com The battle is now even more historical and intense, with even more critical decisions to be made. Victory conditions have been changed, a draw is no longer possible Version 1.1 Changes Victory conditions have been changed; * Both sides will win a decisive victory if they hold La Belle Alliance and Mont st Jean before the battle ends. This victory condition symbolizes the complete rout of the enemy. * France will win a tactical victory if they hold all 5 victory objectives La Belle Alliance, Plancenoit, Hougoumont, La Haie Sainte, Papelotte at the end of battle. That is all of the french and british victory objectives except Mont st Jean. This victory condition symbolizes a french victory at Waterloo - but with allied resistance not completly broken the outcome of the war is uncertain. * The allies will win a strategic victory if they manage to hold on to Mont st Jean and at least one of the other victory objectives La Belle Alliance, Plancenoit, Hougoumont, La Haie Sainte, Papelotte at the end of the battle. This victory condition symbolizes Napoleon’s failure to crush the allies at Waterloo - and as a result will eventually lead to him losing the war. - Blucher now arrives with strength 5 instead of 10 - Fixed a bug with the arrival of Grouchy. It should now work properly – there are 5% chance each turn that Grouchy’s french forces show up at Hubermont after turn 14. - Adjacent penalty now 1 instead of 0 - Prussian starting position moved west to make them join the action on historical time. - French La Marck regiment deleted. - English units at Hougoumont-woods, Papelotte, La Haie, La Haye Sainte now entrenched. That was unfortunately over-looked in the 1.0 version. - City of Braine l’Alleud now included on the far british right. That means Aubreme’s and Detmer’s brigades arrive at the start instead of turn 16. - Base now give 50 and objectives and village 10 Morale points each. - Entrenchment changed to 4 for forrests, 1 for crests and 8 for village, base, objectives and farms. This will hopefully increase the british defensive capability. - England starts with an initial morale points base so they can rally on the first turn. - Cavalry brigades now got infantry defence 2 instead of 3. - Regular brigades have the cavalry defence value increased from 1 to 2. - Frischermont now controlled by the the british at start. - New England leaders: de Perponcher, rate 3 and experience 3 added to the british left flank. He was the 2nd Belgian-Dutch infantry division commander. Reason to bring him in is to have the historical commmander on the english flank instead of players moving out Picton HQ from the center. - French Guyot(4) HQ deleted. He was not a Corps commander or similar. - All units with experience 0 now given 1 to reduce the impact of experience. GOOD LUCK GENERAL Anyone up for a game? PBEM or TCP/IP

  10. Ok somethings for the new versions that needs to be altered; - cavalry less effective, infantry should dominate as they did historically - Maybe light cavalry should move 4 and heavy cavalry 3 tiles? - different kinds of victories(decisive, minor etc) - prussians need to be stronger
  11. 20.30 turn 27 of 30. The english are beaten but we cant get Mont St Jean in time. The prussians wont get La Haie either so this is a battle without a winner. Clear french advantage but to no good. Game is a draw. I played pretty well at times and got the upper hand with the big cavalry battles on the left at the start. But I didnt play good in the center and stayed on some sort of half-distance and let the english artillery kill off a lot of french units. Too bad.
  12. 19.30 Losses continues, but our artillery does some damage in the bleeding english center.
  13. around 19.00 Picton dies as we move up the ridge. But the french army is bleeding from all over, there are simply too few units left to fight all over the board. Cavalry is expensive as hell. Unit-Losses stand at 8 prussians, 16 french and 36 or something routed british troops. It looks like a draw.
  14. 18.30 Wellington and Prince of Orange dead from a cavalry charge from the left flank. Our right is holding barely, in the center we kill off some elite guard units but lose some too. The center is odd, no full scale action. So artillery has a field day on both sides...
  15. Around 18.00 Wellington has nailed himself to the ridge. We are too tired to achieve a breakthrough. French troops needs to rally now! Prussians storm forward, we kill some of their cavalry. Hill KIA, Prince of Oranged down to 2.
  16. 17.00 English center holds. Chartrands chasseurs dies of english artillery but we have destroyed the british right and will soon be able to bring down the cavalry on the center. Help desperately needed there, our troops are bleeding everywhere. Prussians outside Frischermont chateau and near Plancenoit.
  17. 16.00 With immense will power the Chasseurs le Garde ignores the hail of english artillery fire and storms the farmhouse of La Haie Sainte! Cambronne's elit soldier clear out of the elit forces of the 2nd KGL regiment. We are victorious on the left flank! Somersets heavy english cavalry are routed.
  18. 15.50 The Garde attacks! Aimed at the center they plow through the english forward units and hurt the 2nd KGL regiment at La Haie sainte. On the left Hougoumont falls after a slaughter. On our right there are slow progress. And then Blucher and the prussians arrive at Frischermont!!!!!!!!
  19. 15.00 something We smash english forces on the left. Ponsonby's famous cavalry, the scots greys are dead. In the center we try to catch the led in buckets. No advance possible. On our right we have captured both La Haie and Papelotte and advance up the ridge! Screenshot around 15.00 hours:
  20. 14.30 We slowly reduce entrenchments on british forward units but it is slow work. The skirmish on the left has turned out to be the main attraction. Huge cavalry formatiosn fights it out. We lose some but to quote ourt famous foe Wellington; "In for a penny in for a pound"!!!!
  21. 13.30 Arriving troops confirmed to be prussians. HUGE cavalry battle on our left flank. British attempt to relief pressure on the coldstream guards and mitchells brigade at Hougoumont ends in french success. Grant's, Arenschildts and Dörnbergers cavalry brigades routed! On our right we surround La Haie. In the center english artiellry are making advance difficult on La Haye Sainte.
  22. 12.50 The glorious french army captures Ferme Papelotte! On our left the hougoumont chateau will soon be under siege. In the center our massed batteries bombard Ferme Le Haie Sainte! In the far distance near st.Chapelle hillsides troops spotted. Prussians or Grouchy?
  23. 12.10 battle continues for woods of Hougoumont. New british detachments killed. We will have clear the woods soon. On our right Papelotte is under heavy attack from D'Erlon.
