There was a recent BMP list that was released to the public, anyone know where it is? Also, there is a vehicle mod that aids moders in identifying where BMP's will stretch, does anyone know where to find that?

I think I want to start moding myself. My friend just gave me PS 7.0, so I have the tools, it's just a matter of dedication that would hold me back. Hmmm... but where (and how) to start? How long did it take you to finish say... 1 of the original T-34's? You just re-did the original bmp's correct? Anyway, excellent work. Name it a Street fighter character. Who's the worst Street Fighter character in street fighter history? I've always hated Dalsim, his moves are so gamey, but then again Ryu's fire-ball bolock is uber-gamey so of-course all the gosu-l33t Asians think he's the best. I mean I guess Ryu is the best character, but that just means it takes less skill to use him effectivelly, so there's nothing to be proud of if you win with him a lot. If you win with E. Honda all the time for example, then you're focking good. Well damn, the suckiest character is Ryu then, because any n00b can stay on the edge of the screen and fling fire-balls at a jumping up-and-down Dalsim who's desperately trying to get a weak kick in but can't because the huge voly of plasma balls is only allowing him 1/4th a second for any attacks. But if you named the tank Ryu, then everyone who doesn't understand that it takes no skill to win with Ryu will think we're considering the T-26 the Ryu of Russky tanks, which it is clearly not. Ummm guys, they did review CMBO back in the day, maybe you ought to go check it out.

I think the reviewer might have made a mistake. Somewhere in the middle of the review he says something about Germans having optics superiority, especially in low-light conditions. I clearly remember the manual stating the oposit, that German optics are poor in low-light conditions. Can someone clearify?

I'm highly anticipating a release of black & white portraits taken from real WWII pictures just like the ones available for CMBO. Hopefully Tom's wont host any portrait mods though since I haven't been able to download anything from there in quite a while.

Why don't you pit 6 T34's against 6 T-34's? Wouldn't that make things less confusing?

Let me clearify that: I have a lot of FSB options, but the clock multiplyer wont go below 10.5x.

You know, I never suspected it would be this, but it seems my BIOS will only let me have a clock multiplier of 10.5x 133FSB, so I can't seem to lower my CPU to 1.33mhz. Strangely, when I install a new BIOS, I have many more clock options than I do when I've been running the system for a while regularly. So right now, I'm going to try to switch my CPU to the standard 1.33Ghz which it is rated and see if I still have the prob. 66mhz isn't worth it.

Well, not sure what you mean. Are you suggesting I switch between resolutions to see if the problem persists? I'll try it I guess.

Someone needs to convert the legendary light brown MDMP 1 (or 2?) Tiger mod for CMBB, I used that sucker all the way through to the end of CMBO's life. Oh, and then there are those legendary Jagdpanther and Jagdtiger skins in one of the MDMP's too. I believe these were all Kwazydogs mods, but I'm not certain.

The worst maps, I think, are the ones where you get large amounts of reinforcements every turn. I especially hate it when the reinforcements come on trucks. Nothing worse than sorting out reinforcements you don't need.

Those who "really" need help? Hmmm, that can't be me since ONLY half my screen is white "textures". I better just leave it alone so the people with frequent crashing (AKA the people with "real" problems) can get more attention, even though they're most likely running on celeron 266's with the same OS that was installed originally, and with 99% fragmentation on their hard-drives to back it up. As for coming here AFTERWARDS nothing helps, I planned on making it to that state anyway, and now I'm at it, so what does it matter? I tried the majority of your methods above and it didn't help, and I really have no other ideas except reinstalling the OS which I'm not about to do any time soon. And it is a fresh XP OS anyway with SP1 installed. And for the record, it's not FSAA, I set it to always off. Also, the new 40 beta's from NVIDIA don't help. The game worked great at first and I thought I found the problem, but today it surprised me again with the missing text and missing textures. Again, though, this does not happen every time, but many times, especially after boot-up. I will post a pic once I find a host.

The patch will fix the game, not you're friends hardware settings. I bet he hasn't re-installed his OS in years, which makes me wonder how many times he's actually defraged his HD.

Well... I changed drivers and the problem poped up again. Missing text, icons, faces etc. all turned white. The majority of the landscape is white. The loading screen is in blue rectangles. Every one of my other games works great, but this does not.

Thanks, but I have a HSF on my CPU and thermal compound too. I have a 120mm fan in the back, and a 90mm Sunon fan in the front, so my CPU is running quite cool regardless of the overclocking. Yes it probably is my computer, but I haven't had problems with games in years, and definitely not on this computer. This could, however, be related to my recent XP Pro install (I switched from 98). BTS, have you heard anything about this?
