  1. Martin, Thanks again for the help... re-installing it was my first try before my post in here.. but that doesn’t work either. Regards.
  2. Playing the German invading Polen campaign. Moving towards to a trench with tanks in front and soldiers behind them. The trench was defended by 3 survived Polish soldiers... My lead tank a Pz IV take a hit (don’t know from where) and starts to burn on the rear but still moving towards to the trench after a few seconds the crew jumps out of the burning moving tank... a few seconds later the tank stops just before the trench..... This was the moment for my Wow scream. Regards, War Raven. Ps, sorry for the bad English...
  3. That someone was me. Take a look a few posts down, I asked a buttload of questions that a lot of others are now starting to ask, but for some reason I was the one they threw stones at. </font>
  4. Thanks Martin, But it didn’t work..... still got the same error Regards, War Raven.
  5. Installing the game was no problem (just like the demo) Playing it, no problems! But the Mission Editor gives a Application Error...... I got always this error: “Wrong game version The application will not work with the current version of Theatr Of War” Anybody knows what this mean? My comp. Mac Pro 2.66 Ghz & 4 Gig Ram. Os X and XP Thanks in advance. Regards, War Raven.
  6. G-18 S-12 U-18 P-20 O-19 87/100 The sound score is bad! War Raven.
  7. Mac Pro 2.66 Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 4 Gig of ram and a Radeon X1900 card. Full screen 21 inch fast and smooth. Did yet not the test with the use of a single Core... because it runs so fine and have at the moment only eyes for the action. War Raven.
  8. Edgars, Maybe you can ask this driver issue question in the “Theatre of War Tech Support Forum“ And yes, the demo runs here super fine on my Mac Pro 2.66 under BootCamp. No extra drivers needed. Regards, War Raven.
  9. Got the same problem “flipped screen” thanks for the tip Anka! Now it runs in the right angle and fast, smoothly with all the details on high on my Mac Pro 2.66 & 4 Gig Ram. Regards, War Raven.

  11. 5. BFC has a history of not releasing a demo until the same time as the full release. I think they have been saying for a long time that the demo would be available about the same time as the full game. If they release a demo early they have to deal with doing tech support on the demo instead of getting the game out the door. I don't know the logistics of making a game available for download, but I imagine it takes a little coordination with the people who are going to host the file on the various servers, so that could be why they don't have an exact time of availability. Additionally, my expectation of an early download was that it meant those who pre-ordered would have a chance to download it a little earlyt before the servers got overloaded, not days before so we could play it before everyone else. </font>
  12. Almost 50! On the 16th.... maybe a nice birthday present? Played lots of war games from the commodore 64 & 128 up to the Amiga 500 and the 4000/060 up to the Mac G3, G4, G5 and now the Power Mac (back on CMBO & CMBB) Raven.
  13. So, the game or the demo are not ready (finished) yet?
  14. I have the FAT32 partition (32 Gig) so enough place for a few games. I bought the CMBB pc version and it runs fast on my Pro 2.66 quad x 6 Gig Ram. The old G4 is in the closet again..... Cheers, Raven.
  15. I placed the pre order, no problems at all! Now waiting for the download... I hope that the download speed is fast. Reading the manual? This is for later, like always, just playing it ....before it arrive with the mail. Regards, Raven. Btw, Belgium is not so bad and it is normal to pay extra’s for luxury and a good live
  16. Thanks, I have a old Dell laptop with XP home, installed this on my Pro and it runs smoothly And I forgot... the old CD of Overlord is for Mac & Windoze, now it runs better then the demo lol! Regards, Raven.
  17. Damn, still one question... Do I need XP or XP Pro for BootCamp? Thanks, Raven.
  18. Thanks folks, for the good info and tips.... I gone try the PC demo’s with BootCamp! I hoop to see soon a TOW demo. Greetz, Raven.
  19. Hello all, I have ‘Beyond Overlord‘ and 'Barbarossa to Berlin’ and still playing them on my old G4 Mac. I keep this old machine only for playing these very good games. Now with my previous G5 (Os X) it was impossible to play them and I never use the virtual emulation of Windows.... Now with my new Mac Pro I want to play them again and also looking forward to the new upcoming games like ‘Shock Force‘ and ‘Theatre of War’ I want to play them all. Now my question: Are here some people (Mac’ers) who have experience with the Intel Mac and emulate the PC games via emulation with Bootcamp, Parallels or others? Are there already some tests done with TOW or SF to emulate via Bootcamp or Parallels and a Intel Mac? All info is welcom! Thanks in advance. Regards, Raven. Ps, sorry for the bad English language....
  20. Uch! Wow.............nice...........gimme....dreaming....................no words. Great!
