  1. Knitting is over-rated. Crochet and crumpets is far more pleasurable.
  2. Homo Justicarnotquiterectus ... 1812... rock salt... Salt Lake City.. pounding.. Mormon wives...
  3. [.. meanwhile, there is frenzied activity in the Paddock as something grey and heavy is vigorously pounding sand and a large stick fashioned as a Partagas Black Gigante into a little rubber Gnome]
  4. [and from the Paddock the melodic strains of Tubular Bells drifts through the slow Sunday morning...] Boo and Projectile is a rather enticing combination. *Honk* I shall try it. Projectile Boo There's nothing quite like a possession to get one a bit spunky when things are rather slow.
  5. [sneezing violently in a bubonic plague fashion]
  6. Sorta brings a new twist to obedience pooch activities... I shall consider all the possibilities.
  7. Its like Paul receiving the blinding light of enlightment on the road to... Akron
  8. [... meanwhile, there is much banging in the Paddock shed as preparations are being made for the unveiling of the Beloved Justicar for Life of the Peng Challenge Thread tracked Commode Ausf F... beware Nidan1, dentures were just an aperitif]
  9. NOT MORMON! Its times like these that one really doesn't want to drop a pair of dentures down the top
  10. Yes, one could hardly forget MagPox on Mathematics, Truth and Barkman I was desperately fighting off being overcome with an intense bout of coma when out of the blue, thundering across the empty plains of complete boredom came "arrrgh, double post" and with this small speck of self-induced discomfort and embarrassment a warm flood of gratitude flushed through my intestines because another Airfix moment, circa anytime soon, had been successfully averted. Thank you. Keep it up.
  11. [standing casually in suspenders waiting for a Boo in a truss...]
  12. Crikey, MagPoz on Godhead... fab I think Godhead is really big, like Tiger Tank big but bigger. Bigger than the aspect ratio of my current monitor.. which, if I were to count the actual pixels, would take quite a while to count and I'm quite sure if someone started a thread about pixels, I'd want to show how I can count them. Oh, I'm reminded that I made an Airfix Godhead kit circa 1979 but I snapped off the nose. That really got things going 'cause this fiery finger descended towards my little avian brain and set it alight. Blimey, I was absolutely amazed how long one can keep a head under a running tap without drowning.
  13. I'm definitely interested in MagPoz on Historical Determinism. Just aching for it... go on, lad. squeeze it out, I'll give you a little nudge.. I'm always abosolutely flabergasted with the inevitable progress of history....
  14. MagPoz on Driving a Tiger Tank I never cease to be amazed at just how big these things were. Amazed? Exactly where do these nuggets of observation come from?
  15. [meanwhile, its an Extra Special, Invitation Only, MagPoz soiree and top of the list, an event-packed dip into our little friend's musings on life and the issues it may throw up for discussion and wot not...] MagPoz on Hiding/Un-hiding I find the Hide/unhide thing a bit of a pain too, the Deploy/Pack Up too. There doesn't seem to be a definitive way to see what the status is. BOTHERED! MagPoz on Aspect Ratios I seem to recall that all monitors have a "base" resolution i.e. the resolution that they are designed to operate at. BOTHERED!!! MagPoz on Assembling the Huey Hog Helicopter model I am deeply moved by this sequence, largely as it depicts my exact experience with an Airfix He-111 circa 1978. Er... BBBBB OOOO BOTHERED!!! MagPoz on Gnomes I am quite sincere in my belief that Gnomes wear green round hats and are the most suscinct species on this planet. Its a ruddy plague... is there no end?
