SPOILERS: Yeah, I'm smoken those things right now with my Mk IVs in Derschi Roadblock. I've noticed though, that as I advance, the optics and gun advantages of the Mk IVs over those T34s is dropping off. I am starting to loose tanks.

MD, That happened to me as well. I think it is because the squads don't line up in that perfect triangle formation anymore. Maybe BTS can force the squad to "form-up" once inside a transport. What M17 bug? Don't tell be it can KO Tigers from 500m, or blow up buildings in a single volley?! Here we go again.

Sometimes I'll put a CM pic as my desktop wallpaper. I'll sit down in front of the computer and move my mouse to the side of the screen so I can look around the battlefield. That's when I know it is time to go to bed. -
Andrew posted the bmp numbers for light snow (the same bmp numbers that are in all of CMBO's snow conditions), but he left out the numbers for heavy snow conditions. Here are both the set's bmp locations. Light Snow textures: 1470-1489 Heavy Snow texture: 1870-1889 Thanks again Andrew for posting those shots.

I just put down DDs snow for the "heavy snow" bmps, and Tom's BotB snow for "light snow" bmps! :eek: :eek: :eek: Unfortuneately, Tom's snow dosen't work well with the currnet soft grond textures for light snow conditions. Some people have not recived the game yet. Please post SPOILERS somewhere before you reveal that there are [insert type of tank] in the scenario. As for beating it, I have only played once as the Russians and died. SPIOLERS: - - - - I plan on moving 80% of my forces to the left flank next time to aviod that platoon of Tigers that put the hurt on me on the first try. All kidding aside.. if thats possible here. I sometimes feel that there should be something more at the end of a battle to either mock you when you lose, or uplift you when you win. I guess you could screen shot your own stats and make up a slideshow or something, with music and everything, I really hadnt thought about it until you mentioned it. Now I kinda wish there was something more.</font> -

I think it would be much more interesting if, after a big win, CM brought up a special after action area where you were allowed to machine-gun characters from the Tony Hawk games. LOL! I was prepared for wise cracks like that. BTW there's a secret health pack hidden behind the church in the Cemetery Hill scenario!</font> -

I'll give it another try, but I think an 81mm spotter with 40 rounds for the Germans would balance out the scenario a little better. If I fail again, maybe I just tweak it with the spotter and see what happens. -

How the hell do you breach that line of defense? I moved the recon platoons w/ the MGs, 75mm gun, and all my AFVs to the edge of the tree line to tie down the defenders in the trenches; which I was able too do. When I tried to sneak the sappers around the back, they got pinned down by troops in the cemetary. The toon HQ was wiped out in the fight, and the whole (oversized IMHO) toon broke. Damn! Anyone had sucess with this one?
