Anyone have any plans to start a chat room for SC to go to find an online opponent? Just a thought. Would definatly be easier than challenges through a message board. Kind of like the one they have for CMBO over at combatmission.com Hehe Im salivating over the news that the game is pretty much done and should be here if not for certain deeds that were done that we have already run into the ground. Hey sounds great. Your AARs are always very interesting and in depth. Also like how you add little things like "the ship lost rudder capabilities and was dead in the water." Things like that add immersion in the story to make it feel like its actually something and not a little colored piece on the map. Excellent work.

I dont think so either concidering the final version will have many different things to it that arent in the demo. Would be nice but Im not gonna hold my breath or bet on it.

What about the 109s performance in this game? They have it all uber the way it dive bombs and then can climb up to take on the Hurricanes. Now seriously...no hurry Hubert. We act like an impatient bunch but we will be here a week from now regardless of if its done by our weak predictions. Great job so far, demo rocks. Full version sounds like it has a lot of new things to expect. I'll be here waiting patiently.

Would be neat to have a game that in depth. Yet I also think that game would take quite a bit of time. i.e. if you could manage units from as large as armies down to Battalions or squads. Would be interesting to do hit and run, but just way too long to take a turn to move 500,000 men.

Hit and run tactics wouldnt fit into the scope of this game. Those tactics are more for small bands, not entire army or tank units. And everyone needs to stop fretting about the finnish units. The game sounds like it might almost be ready to go gold according to some of the posts Hubert and SuperTed have left lately. I for one would think the game is fine as is so dont worry bout the finns Hubert.

Easiest way......send all girls to the front lines. As the french try to act all smooth with the women, sneak up behind them and wack them over the head with a large loaf of bread. Bloodless campaign.

Yes I know the map will be the same size and all. But will it be a little different in the final version than it is in the demo? Nothing really against the map just curious.

I believe I heard the game will sell for $25. Not really a big hit to the wallet if you ask me and I am far from rich. And this game wasnt ment to be CM on any scale so comparing those graphics to these is like comparing how to play the shortstop position to the entire game of baseball. Point being...if you like the demo....great buy the game if you want to when it is released. If you dont like the demo...dont spend your $25. There are still many people who do like the game and will buy it regardless of its tiny flaws that can and should be overlooked. There is no perfect game, if there was I wouldnt be anxiously awaiting this one

Thanks for the help Hubert. Although doing the add new software didnt work, it was worth a shot. Once I hook up the new computer I wont have to worry about it cuz this one is a piece Thanks once again and I cant wait for the full game.

Hi all this really isnt a big issue at all but when I play the demo the game opens up to the main menu with sound but then locks up. Once I close it and restore all the desktop icons back to normal size I open the game again and this time everything runs fine except there is no sound effects or anything. No big deal cuz I still get to play the game (its a blast by the way) but just curious if anyone else has run into this prob and fixed it. I have no idea what the specs on this computer are except it is a gateway with windows 98. sorry its my roomies computer and even HE has no clue about it. Like I said...no big deal if I get it fixed or not cuz its still a great game. Just curious.
