  1. I run a GF4 Ti4680, which is a 128MB Ti4200 with 8x AGP. I am totally pleased with this card. I would recommend it to anyone. jw
  2. alas, I have done the same thing. I finally broke down this morning and reinstalled my 41.09 drivers. Smooth as silk now. jw
  3. If it is an ATI card you cannot get fog, it does not have the capability to display it. jw
  4. After a slowdown with the 43.45 drivers, I found the 43.51's for my GF4 Ti4680. These drivers seem to be working well for everything on my machine, including CMBB. jw
  5. I also have both DX9.0a and 43.51 and am pleased with the result. jw
  6. In my new scenario I just released, I was aiming for the 'Byte Battle' feel with it. But after a year or so of designing CMBB scenarios I found myself making both the map and the scenario bigger. The result was a decent little scenario, but still well above the 'byte battle' feel even though the points total is relatively low. When I think of 'Byte Battle' now in the context of my scenario design, I think of a roughly 800 point battle unless it is very early war. jw
  7. The updated GD uniform mod file has been corrected on the ftp server. The link should now point to the new file. jw

  9. I just found and added the Hungarian Helmet ruleset to the uniform update page. The Tracer mod loaded just fine in my CMMOS, although I haven't used it in a game yet to see if it was working. jw

  11. IIRC the current large buildings we have came from actual photos taken by a beta tester while on a trip in Russia.... these were WW2 era buildings of typical architecture. I may be totally off base but I seem to remember that. jw
  12. LOL! And why hasn't BFC provided a list of opponents to play the game against too! Any why isn't my favorite vehicle, the Maus, in the game! And those damned tripods!!!!! Argghghh!!!!

  14. Whoops!! It was just pointed out to me this morning that I had taken down the old update page that contained the Autobahn Ruleset (important for juju's pavement mod). So I have just finished adding the Autobahn section at the regular CMMOS page. Sorry about that. Getting to work on the uniforms again shortly. jw

  19. Yes, finally I have gotten off of my rear end and posted ten (10) NEW CMMOS MODS!!! Woo Hoo!!! Head over to the CMMOS update page to get them. I have tested all of the file links and the pictures are showing up; if the mods don't work blame MikeT CMMOS Update Page jw

  21. I think that battles rage over days, weeks, months and, sometimes, only minutes. Every battle is different. jw
  22. I have just posted a new CMMOS Uniform Update page with 3 new rulesets and 10 new uniform mods. This is the way the mods were provided for me, so I am pretty sure that the picture shows elements of all three of the mods. Enjoy!
