  1. Its better not to even answer to "whining" than making an entire thread devoted to that.

Its only going to encourage people to rage and go ape ****.

Besides as a newcomer its not that impressive to see every thread I read where

someone even hints towards the price of CM

(Which sometimes they make a valid point, not always, but sometimes.)

    I see,

YOUR IN THE WRONG THREAD GO HERE........

    gets annoying after awhile

    It's you are not your.

Show me a valid point and I will show you the cheese

  2. I still get confused on this one. Let's say a month ago, I bought CMBN or CMFI. Would I then have to pay an additional $10 to get the 2.0 patch? That's the part that is insane to me. I was one of those people who simply never got the 2.0 patch. But if I had just bought the game, I would have expected it to be patched to the latest version. If that is (was) in fact the case, I would be bull****. I've asked this before, but only because it just seems so foreign to me. I mean that's some real Gamer's Gate APOS type crap right there.

-I'm 27 and have a job so feel free to plug me into whatever gamer category you want.

And we are back with the Jack and Rod show...

  3. First, I disagree with the premise of this thread. BF's CM series games are somewhere between fairly priced and outrageously cheap depending on where you fit in the grog scale.

That is the entire premise of this thread. That and trying to keep the whiners in one thread. That part is not going as well as hoped. Too many non-whiners here.

  4. Just for clarification:- If a customer has previously purchased the 2.0 CM upgrade and now wishes to purchase CW and MG (= good business for BF) that customer is forced to repurchase the upgrade again (= bad business for the customer).

That's not what I did. Bought each for $35 in May of this year. Bought 2.0 when it was released. Now I see CW is $45. Maybe that is a mistake?

  5. Noone should have to buy the 2.0 upgrade twice just because one would like to spend lots more cash purchasing CM:BN modules.

Being forced to buy something you already have thus spending more money without receiving anything of value is technically a rip off and a perfectly legitimate gripe against any company, at any time, no matter how good their products are and no matter how highly valued they might be as a company.

The irony is that CM could take another £70 off me simply by acknowledging this bad business and providing a solution, but they obviously see nothing wrong with the situation which obviously mean they don't view this as bad business.

    That is FUBAR!!

    Uncle Leo?
