[Panther firing animation way way too bouncy...]

I was playing Barkmann’s Corner this weekend and I notice that Barkmann’s Panther was swaying backward like a teeter totter when firing.   Just browsing YouTube took me to a video that showed the Panther firing and steady as you would think a 44 ton monster would be when firing.

 

BFC fix or do somefink!

same issue in CMRT.   Didn’t check CMFI.

Interesting thread, men. Some very good comments/observations here. Thanks for caring about the battle. AARs are fun, but a lot of work. This was my first one......which makes me wonder just what kind of idiot picks a fight with Bil Hardenberger for his first AAR?

I enjoyed this AAR, but I think ultimately, this sort of map boils down to who has the strongest frontal armour. Not to dismiss your effort Doug.

Playing Bear Claws from Gustav Line this lazy summer afternoon.

 

Moving two Brummbars up the middle side by side and taking a bunch of .50 fire from atop a hill when all of the sudden both Brummbars brew up at once in a monster explosion.  I didn't see or hear any airplanes as much as I rewound the replay in the WeGo turn.  Searched the American side for a Sherman that could have killed them.  Decided to quit and find out what killed them.

 

Sure enough a Sherman got a lucky hit on one of the Brummbars and it blew sky high and took the other one with him.

 

Never a dull game.

So, what are you guys going to do if I win? Crown me champion? Or have a Thunderdome style free-for-all?

Joking aside, I'm just glad to still be in the game. This map doesn't really allow Bil to show his prowess. It's pretty much a slugfest, which allows me to have a better chance to win than if this was actually a game that showcased skill.

 Which is the whole point of the "gamey SOB" challenge.
