Yeah, the first time I was given a TI card, a pair of muklucks, and the winter mittens I turned around and asked the guy how we were supposed to pull the triggers on our weapons with mittend on that were twice the size of our hands. The winter stuff is warm, but it's too damn clumsy to wear. No. It's non reflective. A few units in my area have the helmets already.
