I live in the UK and had to wait 15 Days!! but it arrived spot on time. Well done to all, however I know the waiting can seem to take forever..but it was worth it. Once it comes give me a shout and we'll do a PBEM together.

I feal the same way, however reading Brian's comments about the briefing etc he has a valid point, which I think I will from now on keep in mind. Still like the idea of the HQ spotting for the mort, I've used this to good effect. Try it with Elite troops they drop them right down the commanders turret!!

Any one done any work on relationships between trying to remain hidden, and being seen by the enemy? i.e. 20 30 40m Only ask as I had a MG hidden in trees and some German Inf walked within 5m and both ignored each other!!

Get them out on either/both flanks, try to judge the turn time and ensure they keep moving until 50 secs or so and finish under the best cover available. Above all remember that a solid recon could win the day, I know to my cost!!

I guess it’s already been suggested, but wouldn’t be a good idea to be able to check LOS at the point being planned in the unit move orders? Is this something being considered in future releases? Only a minor point in a fantastic game, but I guess it’s bringing such info/suggestions that makes it that way. Thanks CM.

What about the VC and NVA (and even the ARVN for that matter!) what would you include for them? Tunnels, The trail, The North, and US puplic opinion in the balance would/could work for the other side, at least be a consideration from a strategic view point.

I'm having the same problem so I'm running some test QB's playing both sides. However the book says on page 159 "Units that are hiding have their spotting capabilities reduced." I'll let you know how I get on.
