the stalingrad episode is really good but my favotites are the german drive on moscow..the new guniea..an the u-boat episode's it pretty much after all these year's is still the best documentary on ww2..oh yeah the german invasion of poland had excellent insight(as well as footage) into prewar germany an poland an the invasion of france had great footage as well.

hmm...the beast been awhile since i've seen that one definetly a change of pace...what did you think of "when trumpets fade" i thought the actor playing the company commander was definitly better than tom hank's in a similiar role,an dwight yokum as a colonel this movie was cool.

I agree this thing need's titanic maps and a campaign that goes on an on an on not dynamic where you can change the couse of history of course but literally fight your way through the war an achive promotion's...demotions..i.e taking to many losses not achieving objective's..but i'm probably asking too much.

thank god i'm not the only one with this problem...I would normally say misery loves company but....I'm not miserable....well only when one of my priest's get's knocked out with 30 plus round's of HE still not fired.
