  1. Hey guys! I built this scenario (14 years ago!!) and would sure like to get a copy of it; I lost the file many computers ago. If anybody has it, I would appreciate if you sent to me; please PM me and I will send you my email address. Thx DjB

  3. I'm looking forward to a game that does for naval combat 1900-1950 what CM has done for land combat. DjB
  4. The last time I visited this site was the end of 2008. I stopped in for my sorta-annual plea for a game that does for naval combat 1900-1950 what the CM series has done for land combat. How many old hands are still around? DjB
  5. I got a new PC in the spring, and I can't run CMBO! When I start it I get the "approve res" window, but regardless which res I choose from the cycle, the game goes to black screen and I get the "ploink" error noise, and have to Ctl-Alt-Del to kill CMBO. What's wrong? HELP! DjB
  6. Haven't been around in a while. How is everybody? DjB
  7. Where the hell have you been since Feb, Beman? Hope things are going well for you. http://www.battlefront.com/discuss/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=9;t=019086;p=1#000000 Did Seanacahai's evil plans work? You missed the riot that ensued when he banned himself from the forum. I'll never forget the time you, Emrys and me were the finalists in the "who should the forum put to death contest". Shame about that whole 'life' thing - we hope you're over it! </font>
  8. This thread has been repeating, virtually unchanged except for the game in question, since the later portion of 1999. There're always people who just can't comprehend BTS' approach to software development and take it on themselves to pester over and over and over and over again. Much like an obsessed fan, their enthusiasm eventually turns sour, until they've convinced themselves that this is all one big conspiracy designed to ruin their lives. They flare into tirades, and usually disappear like a match in the dark. Meanwhile, the rest of us--who have a modicum of self-restraint and faith in BTS to turn out great games--go on with what we usually refer to as "life." DjB
  9. Dear Sir, I object very strongly to that last objection, and to the next post. Yours etc. Brigadier General Sir Arthur Thomas Strong (Mrs. etc.) (Deceased etc.) DjB
  10. You guys STILL haven't corrected the glaring error in the Kartoffelgrubengrabenwerfer's effectiveness against the Kitchensinken Ausf Q. Bastages. DjB<--how many of the original Slackass Posterboys are still around?
  11. Did you try all the things listed in the CMBB troubleshooting guide? DjB
  12. Now, if my worthless beer-swilling jelly-spined weak-kneed sheep-fondling opponent would re-appear I could get on with the slaughter. DjB
