  1. What is the purpose of forts? Units in them move out to attack the enemy and the same goes for citys:(
  2. Any update on HMG down to 1 man and a INF squad only helps move the HMG?
  3. What I do against the AI is build destroyers and keep building them and send them out to look for food and oil. I especially take the AI's food and oil and keep taking them and move my ship onto the next treasure. When the AI takes back the food or oil I just send a destroyer out to take it back and keep doing it. My tacktics have been geared against the AI the all seeing AI. Not the way I want to play.
  4. I still think that a unit can be build that increases a resource number up to a max of 9 (what ever)? The only draw back it takes time to do this but it would help. You should also be able to attack resources and rediuce them to 1? Nukes and bombers and missles? Limit to only having 1 or 2 land units and 1 or 2 sea units?
  5. I agree that I too have lost games for the AI takes your resources and parks a ship by them and keeps you strugling to push him out.
  6. I would like to see a special Eng unit that can create a resource and/or enhance an already resource? Drill baby drill.
  7. I think when a sub fires it weapons it looses it stealth for 1 turn cycle so it gives you a chance of attacking it.
  8. I want to select a target by a city but I can not see it with my mouse? I want to take out the Art unit but I only can bomb the city or ship.

  12. I would like to see sea buoys to detect subs? Can be deployed by plane (transport)? Life span or until destroyed ?
  13. I tried it and so far I like it. I now do not have to go and check ships that find resources for they will claim them. Good work.
  14. Yes, it seems the AI sees what you have and thats part of the AIs stratagy, park subs out side of your city and attack the city with war ships. I may be wrong.
  15. Did not work out the computer parked a sub outside so I set orders to neutral and he moved a BB and almost took out 2 of my BBs while I was upgrading/repairing them. Does the AI also know my rule set? Hope not.
  16. Any way the units stay where they are to fight, not move closer? I do not undrestand why the units come out of a city to fight unless they are being bombarded. I want to stay in the city for repairs will take place. I just had 5 of my destroyers come out to attack a 1 transport ship that had nothing in it. Now I have to tell each ship tp go back and continue with the repairs on 1 and the up grade on 3. Just lost 2 turns. This also goes for land units. I understand that when you get attack and the enemy can out-reach you you move in to get some hits on him before you die:eek:
  17. Any word on searching new areas and finding recources? Some way of calling your attenchen or your unit picking up the recource? Any idea of having a unit improve the recource number?
  18. I just replayed video and what he did was have 3 subs (class 3) waiting and then they poped up and I for the last 6 turns had TAC B (class 4) flying over them and never spotted them! I was trying to soften up a city to invade but the tanks outside were never hit once.
  19. Every time I load up transports with a fleet the computer attacks and always (80%) gets my tranports first. How does he select what he wants to kill? I can not do that! I have tried in cities to kill his tanks but I only seem to hit his production. :(
  20. So unless the subs are engaging me you have no chance of killing his subs:eek:
