Bahger
I did a double-take as I noticed a standalone mission in the Brit module labelled Britain's Joy and, instead of some military iconography in the thumbnail graphic, there was the famous pic of Manchester's finest band on the bridge in the snow, absolutely irrelevant and very, very funny. Factory records should return the compliment and re-release "Unknown Pleasures" with a Combat Mission Shock Force image as the cover art! Cheeky.
BFCElvis
Probably breaching my NDA but a funny similar thing there was a period of time when the units CO names were from the Rolling Stones, Led Zepplin and The Who. I don't think there were any Beatles.

MarkEzra
One of the more intelligent bands around... Besides...the Marines got a cool Grateful Dead Cover... the British deserved no less!
Bahger
Funny, I used to use Led Zeppelin phase lines in Steel Beasts scenarios, there's something about Zep and tank warfare that goes well together. And I worked the Clash in, too, PL Joe, PL Mick, PL Paul and PL Topper. But there is something so unmilitary about Joy Division that I don't think I would have dared. (Although, compared to New Order they are machismo itself...)
