Gyrene
Some food for thought (Fuel for the fire?): From the interview: IMG: What easter eggs should players look for in the game? Big Time Software: Would you tell your kids where to find the eggs? No? Thought so! I won't either Gyrene
Andreas
That should make Kip happy IMG: Will the Combat Mission series focus on more recent or controversial wars (such as the Gulf War or Vietnam War) in its upcoming games? Big Time Software: Possible. When we rewrite the engine (we have started already), it will be much easier for us to port the series to other theatres and time periods, much easier than with the current engine.
MAsta_KFC
Schweet. I do hope they have a modern theatre, I wanna see M1A1 Abrams take on T-90's or Chinese Type-98s. And then throw in a few Choppers to boot and barrages from nearby MLRS.
James Crowley
I do hope that the "modern" stuff stays firmly in second place to WW11 coverage. This was BFC's stance originally, at least.

flamingknives
Ah, but we have WWII TO&E/armour info already. If they produce a Modern version first and foremost, they can put the info for WWII in later and more easily. (research eats alot of time, apparently)

Thomm
... CM could even teach sound tactics to improve FPS team play (at least for those FPS games with a somewhat realistic background) ...Yeah, just ask the T80s that ran in to my mine-fiels/tank ambush combo in Flashpoint: Resistance last night, hehe ...
Mies
same here. stick to WWII hell cover everthing from the pacific, eastern and western europe I second that. I want more WWII coverage. And throw in Northern Africa, Northern Europe and maybe even Spain before '39. Mies
