GreenAsJade
I wonder why you don't do either? Since this is the case, how do you know what you'd prefer?

slysniper
Some of us have lifes to live, so I don't have the chance to sit down and play for hours on end doing tcp/ip. But I can manage to keep 4 or 5 games going by sneaking in a turn or two each day by pbem. Pbem has given me the chance to play over the internet.
Panzer76
If you want to ponder your every move, PBEM. But having tried both, TCP/IP is the way to go! (I have a quick head )

If you dont want time pressure, stick with PBEM.
David I
I've got six PBEM games going. I live in Calif. and I am playing guys in Switzerland, Scotland, Canada and, gee I don't know where one guy lives, and a couple in Calif. That said I have to have a couple of hours of IP time each week or I go through withdrawls. DavidI

I think I would open one up and say to myself: "Self, What was my plan here?" I'll have to try it.

David I
Chiavarm, Never had that problem, of course I am usually sending a turn in the morning and one or two in evening for each game, so it stays pretty fresh in my mind. Surprising, that. A good turn naming system is vital. DavidI
pavlov
I'm married (which is to say that IP/TCP is generally NOT an option), but I will do a PBEM turn every morning before work.
