G0gmag0g
Anyone seen/know of any camo pillbox mods (and anyone willing to do some). I'm thinking along the lines of netting etc. Thanx Gog
Warmaker
I never recall seeing camouflage painted bunkers in WWII. With camo nets yes, and maybe a vain attempt to hide a grey structure with shrubery (ni!) may seem alright...
Mord
Tiger did a nice foliage covered bunker. Probably can be found on CMHQ. If not check Manx's mod list to find where it is currently housed. Mord
The Commissar
Tiger made some a while ago. Check out Manx's Combat Missions site. www.combat-missions.net It's in there in the mod section. One with foliage and one that is cracked and beat up (I think, can't remember). Plus, since Im a mod slut, I'd advise you to look through the other cool stuff Manx has up on his site. Enjoy! Foobar
Gog : I am not quite comfortable seeing people with obscure biblical prophesy references as their names prowling around here. Stay clear of me. You freak me out....

The user name could be from many sources: It could be about Ezek 38:2.8 (evidently your funny bone), "Son of man, set your face toward Gog, of the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him" OR a Highlander episode, the whole Connor MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod and swords and immortals thingy, OR the Industrial Music group named GOGMAGOG. Some ridiculously colored fire throwing daemons that definitively need a mod. Never tried to take them out with a 150mm FO or a PzVI however... -- Cafard
Xavier
Some bunkers in Normandy still have camo paint but it is may be a post war job for a movie or for tourism [ 06-15-2001: Message edited by: Xavier ]
Schwarze
Yes there were camo painted bunkers, on DDay they had a brownish yellowish greenish camo on the bunkers...
s_e_avenger
I'd have to go with those stating the Germans had camoflaged bunkers. They spent a lot of time painting them to look like regular buildings and houses. They did an incredible airfield that looked like a town, with the runways as streets and building fronts painted on the hangar doors. When you don't have air superiority, everything's camoflaged.
