Guest Ol' Blood & Guts
I don't know, I still like CM3:"Surfin' the Sands of Love"
guachi
CM2: Barbarossa to Berlin has nice alliteration and conveys the scope of the combat. This only works if the Finns aren't included. How about: CM2: War in the East CM3: The Deadly Boot (only works for Italy) or Sirocco for the desert part Jason [This message has been edited by guachi (edited 04-04-2000).]
Gregory Deych
CM2: Blood in the Snow - no, scratch that, people will be complaining "Hey, where's the blood?" O.K, how about CM2: VOV ... probably nobody except Fionn will get it, but it's still a good title.
Aacooper
CM2: Days of Winter CM3: South Wind of War CM4: Blitzkrieg! Days of Winter was inspired by "The 900 Days". I found it hard to come up with an inclusive name for the Mediterannean War.
0311
CM2-The Vietnam Conflict CM3- America at War 2000 OK Go ahead and flame me. I know you guys are WWII buffs but I would LOVE to see modern infantry squad level weapons in this game.
JeffRaider
From a marketing POV, let's not use the word "Beyond" in any other CM titles. I like: CM2: Russian Peasant Babes CM3: Italian Beach Kittens CM4: French Oo-La-La Chicks
Simon Fox
CM2: Fionn, stomped by Sturmoviks CM3: Fionn, bombed by Beaufighters and hammered by Hurricanes CM4: Fionn, smashed by Stukas The latter being 'friendly fire' of course And of course the real subtitle for CM1: Fionn, mauled by Mustangs ------------------ "Heaven sent and hell bent Over the mountain tops we go Just like all the other GI Joes EE-AY-EE-AY adios!" PanzerLeader
Titles including the word "winter" for CM2 aren't right because that would leave out Barbarossa, Kursk, Blau, Bagration, etc. Don't forget many German soldiers complained about how hot it could get in the summer in Russia! Often up to 30 degrees celsius...Hell, the Crimea almost has a Mediterranean climate! What about CM2: "When Titans Clashed" I know, I've stolen it from somewhere, but who hasn't?
