martiniman
AARGH! I Pre ordered last month and had my card charged last week 18th or 19th and still no bundle in the mail. It was my understanding that all pre orders were to be filled. NOW i hear that they are out of stock. Nobody from BTS or battlefront seems to respond to emails. I just want to get a straight answer. I live in the Seattle area and the average ship time from Maine is three days. Even if the package shipped 2 days after my card was charged I should have received it today. I have been a strong evangelist for CM and this lack of Customer support makes me feel slighted ESPECIALLY since they've got my money. They should make CD image for the fricking game available for dl. Or at least some other scenarios for those of us banished to demoland. I ve got a friend with several authentic working German and US WWII vehicles as well as a buddy's brother with several working WWII era tanks WITH a federal permit allowing working AT guns. An R&D outing might be arranged as a brib... entice... er um with no stings attached >wink wink< for expediated delivery. ------------------
martiniman
PS I preordered a in June not last month but it FEELS like last month.
Goanna
You expect personal service from BTS on your single order when you just ordered last month and don't have it in 3 days? Man, you need to get in line with Manieri. Once the 7 month old preorders overseas have been shipped AND received should be when the new "evangelists" like you should get their copy. My CC was billed on 14 June, for the record. ------------------ desert rat wannabe

Kuroth
I hear you bro... I hear you.. I ordered on June 19th and I have a feeling that I am on backorder... I am not going to cancel my order or anything I just wish BTS could tell us if we are on B/O or not... I know they are very busy right now... Man if I was you I would be pissed that you ordered that long ago and you still dont have it!!!
Manx
What is the point of all this?...So okay, BTS have had problems shipping out orders. Maybe due to demand, may due to mix-ups with the dist. company and they have apologised to us on many occasions. Lets be fair. They have always responded to our requests for features to be put into the game, listened and helped us with any questions and generally given us more feedback on how CM is progressing, which IMO is way beyond what ANY games developers i've ever seen would have done...The fact that they are already working on future patches that will make this game even better shows that they want us to have the best product our money can buy....so just cut them some slack and be patient. Guest Germanboy
Hear hear Manx - good to see some stiff upper lip and pulling through while you do your bit... Martiniman - I pre-ordered in November, IIRC. I am in the UK, and I don't expect to have the game before you. As far as I am concerned BTS could have charged my card when I pre-ordered. They have delivered exceptional service, and it seems they were overwhelmed by the demand. Good for them I say. Now cut them some slack, please. There is nothing to be gained by threads like this one. We are all impatient. The IRA started handing in its weapons today - sort of. It is a good day for the people in Northern Ireland. Get some perspective, eh? ------------------ Andreas
martiniman
To Goanna Its been 7 days since my card was charged not three. For the record its the idea that some non preorders have been filled BEFORE the preorders. It would be nice to know. If they can't accurately forecast sales that's their problem not mine and from he looks of it that "problem" is lining their pockets with $$$. KUDOS to them . BUT, If they can create the most realistic 3d WWII wargame ever they can send a fricking email that give the status of an order.
Manx
Germanboy - Yes!..One must keep one's chin up during what is a very difficult time for us all "aannnnnndddd!!!...always look on the bright side of life!" ------------------ COMBAT MISSIONS- The Source For CM Ops & Scenarios WWW.COMBATMISSIONS.CO.UK
martiniman
PERSPECTIVE?!??!? Ill give you perspective the RA should have been OUT of N Ireland 400 years ago. Maybe the UK wouldn't be the economic and military joke they are today if they had spent such a huge amount of pounds maintaining a Garrison there. As for the other chap from the isle nation, BACK OFF! If it weren't for America you would be responding to this post auf Deutch! I am patient, however business is business If you get swamped to hire temps you make good on your promises. If Mr Murphy shows up you send an email saying Oops. Manx
Pillar - Knowing the "mentality" of the British people like i have over the last 35 years, i would say that ANY attempted invasion by the germans would have been met by extreme and very violent force!! martiniman
In all honesty If WWII was not a contrived conflict to jump start a Global economy AND the US stayed under Republican rule, then yes I believe the UJ would have gone the way of the fully nude table dance. But dont feel bad English beat out German as the US official language by just a few votes.

martiniman
I know there's no such thing as a Vodka martini, but if there were I prefer Belvedere vodka, a glance in the general direction of a vermouth bottle, shaken as vigorously as a British Au pair shakes a baby, up with a twist. If Gin is all there is on the menu then Sapphire 8:1 seems right also a hint of orange bitters (2-3 drops) I usually use a mister for the vermouth OR I pour into the shaker swish it around and drain it off.
