MikeyD Posted October 20, 2019 Share Posted October 20, 2019 I always interpreted the message as telling you the vehicle is within sight but the chance of hitting anything is not good because there's interposing terrain. Its rare (in WWII titles) that I've been able to hit a 'partial hull down' vehicle with anything, excepting maybe a super-accurate 88.
