Heirloom_Tomato
Straight from the website: MAJOR FORMATIONS (NOT A COMPLETE LIST) Since the list is not complete, then it is possible aircraft are in the TO&E but have been left off the list. Which aircraft are not in GL that should be added in the new module?
user1000
Uncertain about what aircraft were used. Not sure if allies had air superiority a this time in Italy, or german or even italian aircraft from bases in northern italy or other bases (hungary, czechoslovakia etc) were still active at the time. MikeyD
I just checked the game with Rome to Victory installed (I have that power ). As of May '45 German army and Luftwaffe air assets are mostly from the basegame with some additional Gustav Line units, nothing new for R2V. SS air assets are entirely new for Rome to Victory. American air assets are a mix of basegame and Gustav Line, no new R2V units. Brit air assets are a Gustav Line/R2V combo pack. Brazilian, South African and Indian air assets are of course new R2V units. If you don't have the Gustav Line module installed Rome to Victory won't fill in all the gaps in equipment from the missing module. BFC is supplying enough force overlap between modules to allow for the module scenarios to be constructed (quite a lot, actually) but its not a substitute for actually having Gustav Line installed. R2V scenarios designers had to be very careful not to let Gustav Line-only units leak into their scenarios.
