However if there is a new model with the same skin name then you might see some funky armour rolling about. Best thing to do is to try. FB is not a module of BN. It‘s a completely different game family. MG and CW are modules of BN. Between them and BN it works. It is all based on file names and we don't deliberately make unique names for each Family of products. For example, a special texture set for a PzIVH Late should work for any game with a PzIV H Late. What won't work is taking a collection of textures deigned for Family A and dropping it into Family B without modification. There's too many differences between the Families' content for that to work, which means the common stuff gets the Mod and the Family specific stuff doesn't. Almost always that's not a desirable outcome. The general rule here is that individual Mods have a chance of working in any Family, but Mod collections are pretty much assured to not function as intended. kraze Posted October 28, 2017 Share Posted October 28, 2017 Just as an example I've had success in using CMBS mods (primarily explosion, fire effects and sounds) with a much older CMSF.
