Col Deadmarsh Posted March 20, 2016 Share Posted March 20, 2016 I have 1/2 of an MG team in a building and noticed that the gunner has the MG slung over his back and is holding the Walther instead. JonS Posted March 21, 2016 Share Posted March 21, 2016 When I've seen this it's been because there has been enemy soldiers /very/ close (which is kinda implied by wielding the Walther anyway) AND the MG is out of ammo, by which I mean the current belt has been expended and the weapon needs to be reloaded. In those circumstances it makes complete sense to use the pistol. c3k Posted March 22, 2016 Share Posted March 22, 2016 It happens when the pixeltroop feels immediately threatened. Faster to pull a poor weapon than to delay using a better weapon.
