If not, how is it possible for there to be air bursting shells in your battle, there being no Fuze MT for such a task modeled in-game and with Fuze VT not available at all at Normandy? As part of the procedure you specify whether the mission is to be anti-personnel or general. The anti-personnel mission will yield about 50% airbursts. This is in BN; I haven't played enough RT to say definitely that it is present in this game as well, but I would expect it to be so.
