Bud Backer
Good question. Spare parts? They have over 100 vehicles that are not exhibited, so it's quite possible this is for cannibalization, yes.

Wildman
Not that many of you can get there but if you're ever in Seoul. Go to the national war museum. They have many soviet tanks and TDs there outside as well as a wide variety of aircraft. Inside is an amazing history display on three stories from 400AD to the Korean War. Pretty darn amazing Edited February 6, 2016 by Wildman
Fenris
Belgrade also has a pair of good museums. In the centre of town at the military museum there's a good mix of vehicles on display - Pz I, II, IV, a Stug and a 38t I think. Then there's a couple of soviet tanks as well. Inside the museum is a lot of german hardware. The aviation museum is out next to the airport. Has a great mix of axis and allied planes from both east and west. Lots of modern stuff as well.
