I finished the training missions,which one is recommended next for a noob like myself?Or is it better to jump into campaign?

I played the training campaign, and also the really small scenarios.

Generally speaking, smaller missions are easier for beginners, because of fewer units to control.

Download the Devil's Descent campaign. It's smaller scale, really well done, and not too difficult. It's a great introduction to CM once you have a handle on whats goin on.

Jump right in to a human opponent. That is when the game is at it's best.

After playing enough against the AI you'll notice why human opponents are so much better.

I'd suggest playing a couple of small QBs first. Much of the pleasure of scenarios, I find, is in the discovery of quite what you're up against, and "wasting" unretreivable features like that on games where you're as likely to find you've been using the game's features completely wrong as you are to get it right, seems avoidable. While the QB AI won't be as "tuned" to the situation as the plans of Scenarios, it'll be enough for you to get a bit more of a hang on how the game flows.
