John Kettler Posted December 11, 2012 Share Posted December 11, 2012 I'm having a terrible time with www.battlefield.ru, but I don't know whether it's a general problem or a specific to me problem. Right now, I can't get it to load the SU-85 page, which is presently blank. Have tried several times. Would some kind soul please test site access and functionality and report back. Computer type and specs would be helpful, as would your connection. Am running Verizon FiOS here, so connection speed shouldn't be a problem. The URL appears, the URL chugs briefly, as though attempting to load, but nothing happens. Were I blocked, which I'm not, it'd be coming into the site. Valera Potapov has no reason whatsoever to block me. Have been to the site many times and haven't run into a problem like this. John Kettler Posted December 11, 2012 Author Share Posted December 11, 2012 I did a thorough cleaning of my computer, cleaned all the caches, dumped history and ran a comprehensive virus check. Found two PC related adware items I have no idea how I got in the first place. Was finally able to get to the SU-85 page, but site functioning seems to be very slow and hesitant.
