GreenAsJade
Hi All, I got tired of having to look in the dock or taskbar or whatever to see if a new turn was waiting. So I gave H2HH a Systray/Menubar Icon. You can turn this off, using Options->Show Icon, if you don't like it. This is available in H2HH 2.2.0. GaJ PS: actually, you need to turn it on specifically, using Options->Show Icon.
Ted
Great stuff GaJ. Sure can't mistake it from other icons. I look forward to seeing what it looks like when I have a turn waiting. Thanks!
GreenAsJade
Great stuff GaJ. Sure can't mistake it from other icons. I look forward to seeing what it looks like when I have a turn waiting. Thanks! ME TOO!!! I am _still_ waiting to see the icon smile for real!!! Dang, I guess that's what you have to expect eh.... you go to the trouble of making a better turn notifier, then your oppos all go away for the weekend Edit: Yay I got a turn. Hmm - it looks like the smile could be more smiley. Any icon designers out there!? GaJ

GreenAsJade
Drop me a PM with your email, I'll add you to the Dropbox access list. Somewhere not that long ago there's a post from me explaining why it is distributed this way. Cheers, GaJ
BadgerDog
I've been trying to run the Mac version 2.2.1 with CMFI and getting some real issues that I've never had before with CMBN... I opened some trouble tickets 102, 103 and 104. Let me know if you need anything else... Thanks for your work.. a great addition to CM gaming ... GreenAsJade
Got it. It looks like you have Gmail support turned on - that is definitely "new territory"... it will be good to get these things shaken out!

Kuderian
Thanks GaJ, I love the new happy/sad smiley icon!
GreenAsJade
LOL. I am no artist, this is for sure, and the current icon has a raggedy edge in my Windows Systray that I'm not happy with, so I'll no doubt keep tweaking it. If anyone out there knows how to do a nice looking systray icon, I'd love to get a better version! (It looks fine on my Mac ) GaJ
Ted
I'm no programmer but how about changing color when a file comes in, say from yellow to green or somefink.
GreenAsJade
Yeah, I have been tinkering around with making the no turn waiting icon more distinctive in colour, though still "subtle" rather than "in your face" Of course, I could make it modable and you could supply your own! GreenAsJade
(PS: seriously: if anyone knows how icons really work, I could do with a lesson. I think the problem is that I started with a hi-res png of a smiley, whereas under windows icons are probably supposed to be a small number of colors. So the shading in my icon image gets all raggedy. If anyone has a suitable low-res or appropriate format smile I can start with, I'd love to use it.
