Maybe some time in May when the weather is nice and people feel like getting out and celebrating the end of the hard times of winter. Everyone can give Joe a really good, hard kick to put all of winter's stress and frustrations behind them. You can blame Joe for everything that has gone wrong in your life and aim that vicious, savage kick for the tenderest, most vulnerable part of his anatomy knowing that it will really hurt.
