Hi, I have been lurking this thread since the start of the war and would just like to contribute with an exellent video from the Ward Carrol channel on youtube. I just wrote and called both Senators and my Congressman about getting Ukraine funding done. Every single reader of this board who is a U.S. Citizen should do the same.

in this case, the main thing is not what Putin thinks, but what you and I think. So far the Russians have not been able to take this feeling away from us.

I don't know, guys. I am very inspired by Portuguese fortified wines. Port wine. Madeira. In my opinion, this is the fault of troubled times. You drink and you get a little optimism. Therefore, I recommend stocking up on these stamps in case of a nuclear war. These wine brands are great for generating optimism

The defense company Rheinmetall stated that they consider Ukraine their best customer, not including the ammunition orders EU states placed for Ukraine this year.
Rheinmetall had orders worth 900 million Euros from Ukraine in 2022. In 2023, it was 2.5 billion Euros. The CEO expects this number to only go up for 2024.
Delivery of Lynx and Fuchs vehicles are supposed to start "earlier than expected" after manufacturing in Germany and will continue locally through the new factory that is being built in Western Ukraine.
Plans are going ahead well thanks to smooth collaboration with the government in Kyiv. German government signaled it will provide all necessary export permits without a hiccup.
Production of MBTs will start over the course of 2024. When the new production plant is properly set up, they expect ca. 400 MBTs of type "Panther" per year - article does not specify if these will go to the Ukrainan Army or are meant for export. In addition to hiring Ukrainian technicians and engineers, Rheinmetall will also train mechanics and maintenance personnel for the Ukrainian Army for all types of ordered vehicles locally.
When asked about safety concerns, Rheinmetall CEO answered the company will deploy its own air defense systems for the factory area, so he isn't worried.

I must say that of all the Ukrainian traitors, I even feel a little sorry for this guy. Well, where can we get such a source of lulz and memes now? Only his last performance is worth it. Western viewers won't understand this. It would definitely be better if the SBU killed this guy last. 
He somehow reminded me of my former colleague. This guy was a member of the Ukrainian Olympic boxing team. Yes, he was a top-class athlete. But my God, how stupid he was. This is probably due to the fact that from the age of 5 he was hit on the head very hard almost every day. Almost every phrase he uttered could become a catchphrase😁. At first, we were even a little afraid to laugh out loud at his next statement. But over time, our office was filled with laughter more and more often. But this guy didn’t even seem to feel any trick and thought that he was the “life of the party.” Well he was😉

I disagree on the politics of giving the Republicans some of what they want on the border. Very few Democratic voters regard the border as THE issue, a lot of Republicans do. It is a little like the NRA/guns issue, a minority that will actually change their vote over an issue can beat a majority that doesn't consider it that important. Giving the Republicans the less crazy chunk of what they want would let the Democrats diffuse the border issue to some degree, and run on the issues that are actually good for them, Dobbs not least among them. 
The border is a complete mess now, it can be a completely mess in a different way for a few years without completely destroying the world order as it has stood since 1945. Abandoning Ukraine would be mistake that that wrecks the next century.

And the Ukrainian advantages rely mostly on the initiative and smarts of the lower ranks.
I know why I burn my supplementary bank account on every drone request I see a Ukrainian unit make.

A brief description of the events of the Ukrainian invasion of the Zaporizhzhia region by a pilot aerial reconnaissance of the mechanized battalion of the 47th brigade:
I think that both our allies and our command bear the responsibility for the failure. It is difficult to conduct strategic operations with 30-50% of the necessary equipment and no air superiority.
On the other hand, knowing your resources, you need to push away from them, and not scatter your already limited forces. There was indeed a plan for Tokmak in 3 days, but more on that later. Let's start from the beginning.
We went through all possible ranges, training, courses and headed south. We were forbidden to interact with anyone, so as not to give away our presence. Spoiler, two weeks before the start of the counteroffensive, the enemy already knew the location of each brigade, the number of equipment and personnel.
Were we aware of enemy forces, fortifications and minefields? Yes of course. The National Guard, which has been holding the front here for a year, knew every bush, every forest strip, and any ordinary soldier could show us firing points, enemy observation points on a map, and provide photos of minefields from copters.
A week before the offensive, night and day shootings are carried out on the fortified areas of the enemy, massive artillery strikes, which we adjust every day. There is practically no response, for 20 of our shots, 1 enemy projectile arrives. We were told that 82 and 120 mm are a lot, 155 mm is practically unlimited.
But still we were preparing for Forward Forward. Two days before the active phase, we receive a general plan from the command, which provides for an advance of 10 kilometers in the first 12 hours at best. At worst - 5 km.
In a day, we had to break through the enemy's first line of defense, bypass Robotyne and Novopokropivka, prepare a bridgehead for the next brigades that were to take Tokmak. We understood that the command wanted Kharkiv 2.0 Was it possible with our forces? As British intelligence thought 50/50.
To our question, "what's the plan if something goes wrong?" We were told "The corps command has a plan B." We had to interact with at least 5 more brigades that I know of, two brigades of the Assault Guard and three mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We had to open a corridor for one more corps.
Spoiler - everything went wrong, spoiler - there was no plan B.
This means that we have up to 10 brigades that must quickly break through the front to a depth of 20-30 kilometers. Most of the brigades are newly created. Equipment and transport, mainly western. Fighters are motivated, and most of them are trained. However, this time the God of War turned his back on us, and things did not go according to plan.
 

Unfortunately, this concept isn’t new. My Father was severely injured while in the U.S.M.C. during WWII. His left leg was crushed from the hip to the ankle when a vehicle he was driving rolled over to the left, which threw his leg out and under it. My Grandparents received the telegram “We regret to inform you ….” He spent two years in the hospital, where they get him addicted to Morphine, which he had to kick. The U.S.M.C. discharged him on a medical discharge as a “Ruptured Duck” because his left leg was put back together with rods, pins, plates, and screws, and was 1 and 1/2 inches shorter than his right leg. He continued to work for the rest of his life as a fisherman, lobsterman, automotive body repair, and a Master Plumber. When he tried to get the U.S.M.C. to up his pension from 60 or 70% disabled to 100% disabled, they refused stating that they would up it when he couldn’t work anymore.

Not that I would want to sit down and have a beer with this guy, but I kinda agree with what he is saying here. One of the goals of Russia's invasion from the very beginning was to attack not just Ukraine but also attack our rule-based world order.
I wish more people who support appeasement or don't think this war is worth spending money on, could hear this guy talk. As someone who follows this war on social media to get all those war clips that I post here, I still feel a lot of people just don't seem to get it. 

1. It doesn't make sense for Morocco to be a NATO member. Please read articles 5 and 6 of the NATO Treaty
2. If you want to sent a few hundred soldier on peace missions, why you need HIMARS and other offensive weapons able to hit objetives 150 or 300 km away?
3. Spain must defend the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Canary Islands are under the NATO umbrella, but Ceuta and Melilla are not.
4. We have been at war with Morocco lots of times. The last time in 1957-58 and we had an armed incident in 2002.
