  1. Say you need to hunt but the terrain is too open you need to go fast hunt by itself is too slow. You wish to cancel moves upon full contact but only hunt does that. You can drag a hunt way point on top of the fast waypoint the move after that is fast again. You can do the same with walk through a forest drag a hunt way point on top of any other waypoint. This way you can blend different modes.
  2. When you walk on the end of the waypoint with a short pause you can drag the 'Hunt Waypoint. Right on top this way you don't tire for a long time. Drag the Hunt on the timed pause waypoint. From the two merged waypoints plot your next move. Tired units are not affected in any other way. Tired units just can't go fast. You need to be fatigued or exhausted till you lose the ability to hunt or go quick. You never lose the ability to walk or go slow, even when exhausted. I do this often with quick and fast so that the moves will be canceled upon full contact. Works best with split units.
  3. You can stack waypoints and in this way blend the move orders. There are plenty of ways to experiment to your hearts content.
  4. The way they handle hand-grenades is really impressive. https://twitter.com/JayinKyiv/status/1667802346066157570?s=20
  5. Even looks like the real Horrocks.
  6. You are right I see it too. Besides the grass in front looks like it has been painted in by a Photoshop brush. It is too blurry.
  7. The Germans introduced their tanks too early. Also they didn't have the numbers to make it work.
  8. Shouldn't do a tactical reload once your position is overrun.
  9. Now we know it is true. The evidence is overwhelming.
  10. Keep a look out for drones disguised as a seagull.
  11. You need to stay in visual contact with the scouts. Imo role of snipers and or other observers. The scout needs to move in such a fashion to enhance his survivability. To gather intel is the responsibility of the squad the scout belongs to or even his platoon.
  12. I didn't know this, he could have been out of it.
  13. Not from me, CM plays with no issues whatsoever.
  14. One more example one of my .45 ACP handloads went through a 44 gallon drum. That was a slow 200 grain going at 900ft/sec. Let alone 8mm Mauser going with three times that velocity. Bricks Imo wouldn't be able to stop it.
  15. It is true and I bet my last dollar that @kohlenklau is fully aware of it. It simulates that you sneak up to a house and lob a grenade inside around the corner. You peel of an assault team British CW are the best. Four men end up with 15 grenades in their assault team. Inside 16 meters or so it becomes the primary weapon. It doesn't matter they have bolt rifles. Approach the wall with no doors or windows and plot a 15 second burst through the solid wall. Now watch the grenades go off inside. Flamethrowers are good fun too using this technique. Plenty of tricks if you can call them that with buildings, not going on balconies is my favorite. Also picked it up here on the forums.
  16. Even a 9mm sten fires through those wall. Units can throw hand grenades through them. Why? buildings in CM are pretty generic. The place to attack a building is to approach where there are no windows or doors. You can fire from the outside inside but units inside can't see you.
  17. I know one thing 81mm mortar shell will crack through roof tiles and explode in the space below. In CM the suppress units on the top floor only. On the ground floor units are generally safe.
  18. As usual trench foot and diarrhea rules in the trenches. Stay dry and keep your guts healthy.
  19. Put it this way I got rid of BS. Reasons in the area of operations USA No 1 Russia No2 and Ukraine No 3 in ability. I won't hold my breath waiting for BPs which updates reality. I enjoyed 2 or 3 games of BS Ambush on top of the list. Back to WW2 for me I am afraid modern warfare is not enjoyable for me.
  20. This is only the start I imagine, more is yet to come.
  21. Like we say in Australia: "He is up Sh*t Creek without a paddle.
