  1. I can only pay 250 dollars, sanctions hurt my income please lower the price, how ever it is a brilliant idea. Let's all PM Steve about it maybe he can put it on schedule. The commander of these forces should be prime minister David Cameron, with the goal of taking out Farage's henchmen. Im dead at the moment dude this is gold.
  2. Would be great for Russia how ever that's not happening. I doubt the EU will let the UK leave so easy, they're already talking about a second referendum :/
  3. You're campaign is quite realistic then, however the Donbass armies wont be totally destroyed, they'll probably go on the defensive after such a diversion offensive. And wait for Russian forces to relieve them, from Crimea and also ones that will deploy into Donbass. How ever everything else sounds pretty good, and honestly I don't think NATO would respond to a invasion like this against Russia.
  4. If NATO does not get involved and Russia is to attack Ukraine. You can expect Russian forces to mass up in Donbass over a few nights with concealment operations. Once DPR/LPR start their operation and Ukraine sends troops to counter this. Russian forces will break through the borders heading for Kharkov and then a group through the north east this one heading to threat Kiev. I don't think Russian forces would consider crossing the Dnieper river through the center as it would leave exposed areas. How ever thrusts to Kiev can be achieved in short time if Ukraine sends in forces to counter Donbass as they did before, which will leave alot of exposed assaults for the Russian armed forces to exploit. Attacks from Crimea as well as Russian naval dominancy in the immediate vicinity of Ukraine will also speed up operations. I don't know how long it would take for NATO to get plans and logistics together to be able to get to Kiev and the Dnieper river to halt Russian forces if they declared war. You probably know better than me on this, how long do you estimate? Panzer your input would be nice here too. Or any of you military guys.
  5. Overwhelm your enemy from flanks or multiple directions with firepower. Basically you cause panic on your opponent, and you can exploit this.
  6. Yeah I agree, I've experimented with exactly that even though it went well if I would have advanced with the whole platoon I could have gotten things done better and faster.
  7. Good points in your argument, the alien warlord made my wife wonder if I was ok good laughs.
  8. No babies were crucified by the Ukrainian government, stop quoting irrelevant people's claims. I am not those people, I'm just saying the truth I promise I'm no Russia fan boy I know our policies very well and do disagree with it in some areas. The US and EU spent bunch of money on investing into the Ukrainian media in order to make sure that people are well under propaganda. But sooner or later someone is gonna start getting tired of the economic situation in Ukraine, where is their EU now? All those people killed in Kiev for nothing. For God's sake we had Senator John McCaine standing next to the far right group of Ukraine, which was the most violent in Kiev revolts, and Senator John said "America is with you." The closest the pilot got was 40-60 feet from the plane, as you can see nothing happened to the ship no need to worry. It won't happen either, Russian pilots know what they are doing. Nonesense, both sides have been doing such things, since the Cold War. Russian pilots take it a bit more extreme than US pilots do how ever I will agree with you there. You have all rights to do so. Do you suggest the Russian air force to some how be able to uber accurately target groups hiding in Urban environments? Work is being done with what is at hand. BTW rebel groups have targeted Syrian air craft and successfully hit them fore flying so vulnerable. Russian helicopters are still doing fine because of the tactics you seen in footage, that low flying is keeping them from MANPAD threats, while also being able to accurately target without GPS guided munitions or computers. MI-28s and KA-52s have been used as well, but you see Russia hasn't deployed MI-28s and KA-52s on mass as they have MI-24s to Syria.
  9. No you supported a violent riot that killed police, and even killed people in this riot. I am lost at words if you are saying that the US did right in Kiev, This just justifies my beliefs personally to me even more. Assad did not bring any of this BS to himself, how ever I'm not willing to go into detailed argument over the how the conflict started. I'm just defending Russia against very bias comments against it. If you say you supported the people in Syria, we've supported the people in Ukraine which has been not allowed to speak its own language and been shelled and murdered by a regime they had no say in! But anyways I'm going off topic and probably shouldn't have but it really angers me that the US gets away with exactly what it is accusing Russia of.
  10. Exactly why Russia supports our ally Syria. If the Syrian government is toppled it is Libya 2.0, and Russia now lost its port and influence in the region yet again to groups that are supported by the US.
  11. I'm only replying to this because the other things is just a repeat of what is said over and over Sure the Serb forces have committed genocide in the conflict, how ever your media never focused on the genocides committed by Albanians, Croatians, Bosnians against the Serbs as well. This does not justify what the Serbs did at all, how ever it does show how hypocritical one's government can be.
  12. That too, also we need an ally in the middle east, Iran is good and all but that's not gonna cut it.
  13. Oh please, Murderous tyrant? Sounds alot like justifications against Saddam and Qaddafi. How ever the case here is very different, I'm not going to get into an argument over who is a murderous tyrant and who isn't but when Russia supports peoples against regime in Kiev its bad but when US does it in Syria its all good? Both these events are very different but what you are doing here is very hypocritical. No offense of course, I'm not insulting you, I'm just saying. Sure, I don't get why the RT would hide the cluster bombs, they are needed against such large groupings of targets. As the article says 352 cassettes if it has a 1% dud rate it'll leave 4 non exploded cassettes. In a war where terrorists are holding people in cities which are war zones, and expecting the government of Syria to some how be able to fight them head on into a urban environment without the use of other support weaponry is very childish. If these rebel groups are keeping people in the area they operate then this is their fault. The US in the beginning claimed no civvies were killed by their coalition in the anti ISIS war look at this https://airwars.org/ it also shows their claim on Russian collateral damage, how ever the US coalition isn't clean on this too, even with their 100% "precision" munition usage. I mean we are one country with 28 countries now going hostile towards us over us annexing Crimea with a popular vote... And then you have Russia being grilled over supporting Russian/Ukrainian people in Ukraine but US is actively doing or did such things in Libya, Afghanistan, Syria and where else? Oh yeah Yugoslavia. So of course if a ship is going to be going to a drill in the Baltics 70 kilometers away from Russian bases, you'll have a Russian plane flying around you in international air space. The Russian jet buzzed the US ship close with no on board missiles, and the radars on the US ship would be able to detect emissions from these missiles if they were on. The US naval ship did not feel threatened, so they did not engage the air plane. How ever if you felt more threatened than the US ship I don't know what to tell you. The captain of the ship probably felt "annoyed" more than threatened.
  14. I don't believe the US DoD the same way you don't believe the Russian MoD how ever Al-Tanf is 300 kilometers away from agreed no target zones. And if the US will not share any information than we will bomb these groups. As they are not apart of the government of Syria or apart of the groups that are allied with the government of Syria. The Russian MoD claim for 100 percent of targets is saying all missions are against viable targets, as you can see in footage, dumb bombs sometimes deviate 10 meters or so to the right or left and even if it was said that it's 100% accuracy people in Russia can watch RuAF footage, in which sometimes the bomb misses its target. Civvies will die either way, if a JDAM is dropped in an urban environment no matter how much precision it has it's still a large bomb, shrapnel and the shockwave can kill civvies. Russia uses dumb bombs with similar explosive power, simply because we don't have the luxury of JDAM type weapons in large numbers. The Russian military doesn't have idiotic practices, if the US will send a ship 70 kilometers from a Russian base in international waters, you will have a SU-24M flying around you in international waters. Was the airplane too low? Yes, but don't come near my borders with your show of power. If the SU-24 actually violates Turkish air space, then I'll support the Turks. How ever if it is shot down say 1-2 kilometers away from the Turkish border heading westwards then I'd expect to see TU-160s and TU-95s dropping very long range cruise missiles at military targets. The US is the only superpower you can be proud of it, how ever Russia does not care. We have our own interests, our own goals, and our own country's problems to worry about. If certain countries will mess with our goals and interests, we have enough power to defend ourselves, or be able to defend our interests.
  15. I'm not in the mood to go digging for a link, but it was a regular nuclear drill, nothing really special about it.
  16. I can't tell you exactly, however the faster NATO formations are targeted the better, how ever I don't think NATO will be able to invade Russian territories, without having taken heavy losses, which will obviously not be supported by the general public of those countries. And if it does happen, and tactical nukes are not taken into account we have a large reserve of 2 million men. Edit: guess who wrote republic instead of public.
  17. I'll just add on hopefully no one bashes my brains in for it Nuking Warsaw drill: I'm sure every country has plans for nuking countries in scenarios. I'm sure that the US has run simulations on nuking Moscow, it's not a big deal nor would nuking another country's city with a strategic nuke be justified in Russia unless said country is in Russia destroying cities. Definitely tactical nukes will be used by Russia in the event NATO breaches Russian borders and is not able to be stopped by conventional means. Then missile systems like short range ballistic missiles like Iskandar-Ms or cruise missiles with nuclear warhead versions of the missiles will attempt to hit near by NATO logistics, bases, and groupings threatening the Russian lands, in an attempt to force NATO away from entering Russia. I don't know if NATO will respond to that with nuclear weapons but assuming a nuclear war is not wanted, I don't think NATO would escalate further unless political leaders really want global destruction. This is how ever assuming NATO is able to is able effectively launch a offensive that is able to break through Russian defenses, into Russia's borders, and effectively be able to threaten Russia further. This has nothing to do with Vladimir Putin being a "crony" or "dictator" according to some. This is common sense, and obviously Russia will defend itself to the fullest in an event any country enters our borders.
  18. Guys I don't think one should worry about a incident like this, according to Russian MoD the US government didn't list that area in the no strike zone. And because of this incident the US and Russia will now increase cooperation in Syria further like mapping out areas. Obviously rebels backed by the US have been fighting Assad's regime, since the beginning of the conflict. And when these so called "rebel" groups are finished with ISIS they will eventually fight the SAA. So not listing zones that are being operated by US backed rebels will result in "accidents" like this. Russia has honored the US' call for halting operations in Aleppo to allow rebels to seperate from Al-Nusra. Thus making the SAA lose the advantage and even resulted in losses of territories. Either way, I don't see Russia or the US going to war against each other in Syria.
  19. Yeah would be good if we could choose for M1s to not be equipped with laser warning systems.
  20. Well it isn't a bad thing to be hit by that in the Russian military we have potato peel sessions In the Russian military you can be asked to do anything, such as paint the sidewalks paint the walls. In the VDV we didn't really have any safety power points that were not related except for a few "Don't be drunk" notices maybe we did and I forgot. Most of our briefings well at least for my unit was stuff like how to operate as a unit. And then we'd be taken to the live training and we'd have that one lame guy training us he'd explain things quickly and then be like "Any questions?" and before anyone could say "Yes I do" we'd start the drill God forbid you did something like shoot the gun when fellow troops are ahead of you. Someone made that mistake and he was "disciplined" on the spot. However, I'm sure the Russian Air Force probably has similar powerpoints to yours. In Russia we have some things that are quite extra and not needed, so it wouldn't surprise me if VDV now has power points like "Don't eat Vodka and do a parachute drop" or maybe the instructor goes through a lame list of what not to do.
  21. Russia has no population support in eastern Europe, Russian people in Estonia or Latvia are generally together with the government(although it may change). So Russia will not be annexing any territories there, most of the Baltics are already anti-Russia due to governments who are basically blasting anything Russian as "That is evil." I have enough Latvian and Estonian friends who tell me so. Kaliningrad was taken from Germany, say its wrong but Germany took away close to 30 million of our people. The Russian nuclear threat is very real, and I know our doctrines quite better than most. If NATO launches an air campaign into Kaliningrad it will be tried to dealt with by air defenses in country. How ever if NATO brigades start rolling up through Poland into Kaliningrad then you can expect tactical nuclear missiles to hit positions.
  22. Well either way annexed or not, If NATO will invade Russian borders our nuclear doctrine is defensive, nothing you or I can do about it. Nukes will fly, how ever these nukes will probably be tactical to destroy an offensive into Russian borders. And depending on NATO it will either end the war to avoid a strategic nuclear war or it will escalate to a full on nuclear war.
