Commander of UKR 169th Training center (Desna, Chernihiv oblast), colonel Oleh Dehtiariov got lost in Maryinka area. His documents were showed on Russian propagandist TG channel. Usually solution of such incidents very fast - video or photo in social network, friends of soldier and civil activists came to driver and force him to apologize. Sometime with "fist profilactic". After this public resonance the owner in 99,9% fires such driver.
