Doesn't the game balance the victory conditions to the type of battle? I know the probe maps are different from the assault maps, even for the named places. I thought the victory conditions were different. I know that against the computer, I can sustain a lot more losses and still win in a probe than I can in an assault.

A better choice would have been to respond to my tickets, professionally, back when I filed them. Another choice would have been to hire a Mac programmer you could get a response out of through standard channels. A lack of support may be hilarious to you, but it wasn't hilarious to me. Or to us. I'm probing Voloske at dawn, with a strict rarity factor. A probe because Sublime has more respect for (and fear of) Bradleys than he's admitted, and doesn't want me to have anything like the force I need to attack or, god forbid, assault Voloske. He wants "parity". In battle.

I am HIGHLY amused that everyone wants rules governing the use of APS, as well as when and where artillery can be used. Since everyone is afraid to face Bradleys with APS, my point stands. Sublime, I can hardly wait. In spite of that.

Sublime, I can barely read your posts, but I'll send you a pm with my email address, and if you want to try to set up a PBEM game, we can fail at that. It won't work, but maybe it will enlist you in my cause about getting it fixed.

Either your comparison breaks down here or you're not aware of my "car". I've submitted three tickets about what is wrong with my installation of CMBS without an answer from the Mac programmer, let alone a resolution. I can't play a PBEM game with my machine, and no one here has been able to convince it to work. I'm not the only one, but I may be the only one who doesn't think it has something to do with the sun, or who thinks it can be resolved here on earth. I'm hoping you can suggest something that works with my "car". Because there is absolutely something wrong with it.
