Downloaded demo just to get Monster Mash scenario but it does not work in CMRT , are the demo and CMRT different builds?

Instead of seeing all my icons(alt-I), I would like the option of seeing what I want to see.Maybe I would like to see just my mg units altx, or all my armor units, or just my spotters,or just my engineers, this would be a big help in the larger scenarios.Put this on the "nice to have" list.

You can barely see/follow mortar tracers from above viewing, you can see them perfectly in all CMBN versions.

I didnt see this as an option under artillery, there is 150mm available but not the Hummel.
