Weather grounds my American airforce. Not much in Burma, I had to do some untimely repairs. {Pacific} Americans try to land a corps in the Phillipines, we are rejected by defending army. Was worth a shot. We do grab one island on the way there though.
  4. December 5, 1943 {Atlantic} Allies relentlessly scour European coast waters to knock the Axis navy out of commison, we find a pocket of subs near Spain we sink 3 more I think and the Tirpitz Battleship which was barely afloat in port. {Europe} Lots of scattered rain, Carriers strike Madrid and get a couple hits. Coastal Bombardment of the French city on Nantes continues. More fighting in Bulgaria, A romanian corps dies and a Russian Tank group is left for dead. Alot of strong Axis air is fighting out of Romania and Hungary now. {Med} Allied ships start to shell Rome, as well as keeping Sicily at double 0's. {Russia} Russians sent a fighting force to the far East to fight Japan, we've had enough of this. Eventually a whole will open up and I will break though. {Europe} Romanian Army dies at the hand of Red Tanks in Bulgaria. So we send more Tanks to Istanbul. The Allies reclaim the last of the ports and towns in Northern Britain. The island is finally ours fully again, and we get the rest of our ships back, (2x Cruisers, Sub, destroyer) this turn. {Atlantic} Americans land in Iceland, it's empty except for a submarine in dock. We give it a pop, nothing big. {China/Burma} We ping back a couple times this turn in China, and actually get some decent results. In Burma we see sun for the first time in I don't even know how long. We reorganize our troops a bit and get a few hits on a SF from the sky. *** Overall I need to start making things happen. The clock is almost working against me at this point.
  7. February 18, 1940 {Europe} French Army infront of Paris killed by Panzer attacks while an Army on the west end of the Maginot is destroyed by German infantry. 2 Armies and Panzer adjacent to Paris now. {Med} Axis air continues to pound Malta. {China} Japanese capture Nanning with Carrier support. Not much luck anywhere else, until I get the pop up that Chinese Nationalists break out in fighting in the North.
  8. Haven't played the scenario, but maybe you need to capture the city/port that sends the convoys?
  9. January 1940 {Europe} Panzers pound army infront of Paris down to strength 3. Hard to get anyting done in all this snow. Italy joins at the beginning of my turn and it's only January. A Japanese carrier targets HQ near Chungking, 2 damage. More success in the North pinging corps.
  10. December 24, 1939 {Europe} Another French Army dies in the blowing snow. Panzers move deep into France, one reaches the capital where A french tank waits. The French navy is very active around Denmark, it looks like containment strategies. German subs pop another Cruiser from the safety of the Danish port for 8 damage. {China} Foochow conquered, carrier strikes and infantry do the trick, SF moves in. A Chinese army dies near Chengchow. More pinging in the North. {Atlantic} The Graf Spree resists another pop by the Cumberland and dissapear again.

German corps moves in to occupy Brussels, they surrender. German fighters exchange blows with French fighter on the mine. French Battleship come too close to Axis sub in Denmark's port and we sink it, no damage for the sub. {China} Foochow now supply 0, SF lands south of the city to cut off supply their secondary supply. Carriers, infantry reduce the defending corps to 4. More pinging in the north and in the mountains near Chengchow. A corps that is trying to rescue Nanning reduced to 3. {Atlantic} Cumberland Cruiser waits along the Brazilian coast for the Graf Spree, and we show up. Allied ships hits for 2-0.
  12. September 12, 1943 {Russia} Germans back off and take defensive positions around Smolensk, Kursk, Kharkov and Rostov. Our ground forces are maxed out or in production, only logical move is to move forward. Tank group smashes Army in Kursk down to 2 after some minor pinging of troops, Alot of infantry move forward but not too many attacks. Russian Bombers ping Rostov back to 0. {Europe} The Sofia Tank group led an attack on Russian infantry in Bulgaria killing Russian armour, and paratrooper. We avenge them via Airstrike, and an allied cruiser finishes off the Tank. Allied troops in Greece get rammed, but everyone survives another round. Stalin sends yet another Red Tank group to the Turkey/Bulgarian border. The Allies continue to spread the good word around Britain that they are free. The North end of the island while empty, still is under Axis control. Sicily bombed down to double 0's in the city and port. {Pacific Theatre} Rain in Burma continues. No action in the ocean. Americans continue to muck it up with Jap air over Chengchow. The Chinese people have turned to the Youth Army to defend it's capital.
  13. Not much Rambo can talk about early on, hopefully he gets in on this AAR it's pretty one sided so far. October 28, 1939 {Europe} Germans DOW Denmark and the Low Countries. An Amphibious corps was enough to take the Denmark, 2 Panzer groups destroy army in Brussels, mud means we can't walk into the open city. A corps moves to the coast near Brussels and spot 2 French ships waiting to pound them. Norway furious over Allies raiding their coast. {China} Carriers and infanty pound Chengchow, the army was destroyed. Jap Army moves in. Heavy losses to our surface fleet bombarding Foochow, which sucks, but the city is breaking down. 2 corps return with better weapons to assist SF in the north. Partisans pop up near Hong Kong.

I kill all but 2 Army's this turn, and they give up and surrender. {China} Japanese forces move past Nanning, to block off any support for the coastal town. Chengchow under attack from Carriers and infantry, the defending army is halved to strength 5. SF gives 3 damage to northern corps. ** All the usual Allies have entered the war, including India.
  15. September 1, 1939 {Europe} Blitzkrieg in Poland! Oh yes, we know the route to Warsaw. Fighers, Tac hits Poland, Tank moves forward kills airforce, pops the capital. 2nd Panzer group kills army in our way then heads West, 3 army's strike Warsaw's defender for the kill and we occupy. No surrender! Damn it, it's always a possibility. {China} Defending Army sitting in the open fields near Chengchow gone. Special forces head North immediately, 2 damage to a corps. SF and corps ping Nanning. BB's begin bomardment of Foochow. {Atlantic} Graf Spree disrupts Trinidad merchant shipping. New Zealand, South Africa join the Allies.
  16. August 15, 1943 {Europe} Scook wasn't kidding about abandoning Britain, a corps holds a port near London and will make it back. We reoccupy Manchester and London. The Allied forces in Greek are better be in for it, because The Axis forces seem content on running us straight back into the Mediterranean Sea. We just reinforce our positions. Stalin sends another Tank group to the Istanbul channel. {Russia} The above Chart posted by Scook may be misleading, as 14! new Russian units land on the map. Our front lines totally reinforced we prepare for a big fight. Corps killed near advancing towards Maikop. {China} American bombers from Lanchow target Peking and do some unknown damage. US/Jap fighters beat it out in the sky. Supply shortages have ended in China, everyone is getting full reinforcements. {Burma} It's sunny over there in Thailand. To bad our planes are still wet. {Pacific/Atlantic} Quiet oceans. One more Island captured in the Pacific.
  17. No Sniffing gotcha. Everything else is fair game. Just gotta post an AAR vs Scook, then i'll start the match.
  18. I do not think the Allies should win. I am confident I could win as the Axis.
  19. July 18, 1943 {Europe} It's good to be back home. The Axis navy tried ferociously to keep us away from Britain but we make it back and release the coastal town of Bristol from German occupation. Axis Submarines past right by the very Carriers that leveled the defenders, opting to strike our tranpsorts instead. Bradley assumes Command for the second battle of Britain. Some naval action but we mostly decide to keep our naval force full strength. The Guderian tank group is heavlily assaulted defending Bulgaria, we thought we had a good chance of occupying the city but come up short. Red Fighters, mutli tac-air strike from inside Turkey, aided by British carriers but the Russian tank group blows it and can't finish the job. Bombardment of Sicily continues from the sea, and now British bombers in Libya get involved. {China/Burma} Burma - Rain rain go away... In China fresh reinforcments are coming in, we fill an important whole near Chungking. Chinese tank group attacks special forces in the north, does 3 hits, takes 2. {Russia} Germans want to mash it out, we deliver. German army dies near Rostov, and an Army and Tank near Moscow. More Russians continue to poor in. We take casualties but there are hungry russians waiting to pick up their guns of their fallen commrades. Japanese continue to overun us in the far east. Not much I can at the time being. {Pacific} Quiet this turn.
  20. Seeing where you are in the Summer of 1943 compared to where I am at is saddening.
  21. June 20, 1943 {Europe} Oh it's nice to finally post Europe. Allied reinforcements move into Greece, we move our fighters to the south coast. British and American army's kill a German corps blocking the way to Sofia. British and New Zealand corps take position next to the city. Russians move in from Istanbul, kill Bulgarian army with tank. Corps and paras make their way into Bulgaria. {Med} Allied Navy switches their attention to Sicily in the form of shore bombardment, and Carrier strikes. We knock entrenchment out and get 1 hit, the city is supply 5. {Russia} Russian fighters hit German tac air near Smolensk. No major offensives within the country. {Atlantic} US Destroyers make a u-turn back towards Britain, the wolf packs seem to have dissapeared. We find one mid-strength and kill it. {China/Burma} Rain continues in Burma, and over American air in China. Not much the chinese can do but try to hold their positions. {Pacific} Our Cruiser next to the Japanese battleship must be painted blue as it's spared in the Pacific. US Sub moves in, the cruiser finishes the easy kill. More hopping, we capture Rabul. Columbia joins the fight.
  22. May 23, 1943 Things are really heating up. {Atlantic} An absolutely massive Axis naval force pushes to dislodge our attempts to land in Britain. There are too many too try to force landings our ships back off. German subs have taken alot of damage, some fresh reinforcments should make them a bit greener. {Russia} The German Army is looking mighty tough to dislodge. Their troops are experienced and can kill at will. We need to find a way to break their defensive lines. No luck in Finland, our tank group is just taking damage, we back out. In the far East the Japanese will pay for their plot soon enough. {Med} With our reoccupation of Britain put on hold, the Allies decide to take the back door into Europe. Allies DOW Greece and strike with two British Carriers, American Army lands to vanquish the corps in Athens. We reinforce with more troops, and multiple British fighters. Stalin makes good on his promise for support and sends lv.4 Tanks to the Istanbul channel. The Germans have fought on one front long enough. {China/Burma} Rain in Burma. US Bombers pop Chengchow, just to let our opponent know what it feels like. Still just Japanese troops griding on ours. {Pacific} The IJN finally decided to toss a bone, throwing a sub and DD out to lunch. Both are at the bottom of the ocean. We continue forward taking Wake, Eniwetok, and the dual port Truk Islands.
  23. April 25, 1943 {Russia} A little overagression infront of Kursk sees the Russians destory their own tank group trying to demolish Axis armour. A dislikable 10-6 trade off. A few russian armies move towards the Axis lines in the Central and South and do some minor damage. In the air fighters battle from Istanbul and Ploesti. Rocket trucks deployed behind Leningrad and a tank group moves in to put some pressure on the Finnish fortress. {China} Northern passage completely clogged up 2 lines deep of corps now. No attacks. {Burma} Indian corps move to the border to face Japanese Specical forces units head to head. We don't take the first punch. {Pacific} Kwajalein (Marshall Islands) captured by corps. Subs and cruisers continue to feel out the islands moving forward. No naval action to report yet. {Atlantic} US destroyer bumps into a sub again closer to Europe. They seem to be taking defensive positions.
  24. March 28, 1943 {Russia} Mud and mostly snow in Russia, but we can't let the Germans enjoy a free stay any longer. Russian Army, and Tank Group go on the attack near Odessa, we kill Axis Armour, damage 2 star German army on Donnets Basin mine down to 4. A few Russians advance to defend Kursk, attack a Corps on arrival. A few minor airfights where the weather allows. {China} Chinese corps clog up the Northern passage, but relentless Japanse bombing efforts has finally made a difference in the south. We can't fully reinforce our front line troops for the first time. Japan could start to make some ground on Chungking. {Pacific} American's continue to scout Pacific Islands, transports land on Japanese fortress in the Marshall Islands, and recapture the mine in Nauru. {Atlantic} US destroyer make contact with german sub in the middle of the Atlantic far from convoy routes.
