  1. **For CMFI v1.11 ONLY **Vin's animated text mod for CMFI v1.11Concept by VinnartGraphics by Marco BergmanThis mod changes the soldier stat text to make it easier to distinguish the actions of each soldier in the squad, and separate teams within the squad by use of type styles, and symbols. It gives the text an "animated" feel, and gives the player a clearer picture of the actions at a glance. The mod contains two versions. One is "heavy”, and one is "light" with the only difference in the two being the action "Spotting". The “heavy” version uses a symbol of an "eye to show the action. The “light” version maintains the word as a kind of filter that can be ignored making the more important symbol actions stand out. Other than that all graphic symbols in the "legend" are used. To use the mod place either the "heavy", or "light folder inside either:"My Documents/Battlefront/Combat Mission/Fortress Italy/Game Files/User Data/Mods" folder.OR(game install folder)/Data/z folder.Customising the text: ( For experts only.)To change anything to your preference you can draw the symbols in the “string” text file using the number code that is on the font explain pic. This is a set of textures to override the stock luftwaffe infantry textures from CMBN, replacing them with feldblau uniforms, fliegerblusen, the red tabs and shoulder boards of flaktruppen, and some tan camo smocks.Since this is a preliminary release these textures are offered AS IS, with no guarantees of any kind, except the guarantee that they're imperfect.   6. WHAT'S NEW IN v3:- Updated to include the new icons introduced in Market Garden.- Added two optional sets of semi-transparent FOW icons (see included screenshot). These will make the FOW icons transparent the moment you lose visual contact with a unit, not after time! They will not fade out faster, but be less obtrusive quicker. Handy for larger scenarios where lots of units come in and out visual contact frequently. More...
  7. On 22 September the British 43rd Wessex division tries to reach the recently landed Polish paratroopers at Driel. Ultimate goal is to link up with the hard pressed 1 Para division, who are desperately defending Oosterbeek. To reach Driel, the small village of Oosterhout must first be taken.   15. Authentic map, 1,744m x 1,536m. Extends the coverage W and NW of the "MG Counterattack at Son" map that shipped with the module.   16. US paratroopers land off-target on 6 June 1944 near the village of Saint Jores. German fallschirmjäger are tasked with clearing them out of the village and opening the route north to Sainte-Mère-Église. This is an expansion and complete reworking of the original scenario of the same name. The map is based on modern 2D and 3D maps, as well as 1947 aerial surveys, and is as accurate as it was possible for me to make it. While the scenario is fictional, it is based on the historical situation - several sticks of US paratroopers did land near Saint Jores, and German fallschirmjägers were active in the area as well.For now this is H2H only; AI plans may be added at a later time.   18. Road to Baghdad Mod - Add on 2 - Replacement Iraqis v1.0 (CM:SF)It is intended to be used with my original Road to Baghdad mod and RTB news and music mod. Both available in the Battlefront repository. This download contains a rar file of amended Iraqi uniforms, helmets & faces to better resemble those used by Saddam Hussein's regime.
