Once upon a time in the days of yesteryear this here thread was crowded with scores of wackos and bustling with dubious dabble. Some of the old hands are still here (I salute you), staggering around in a drunken stupor, but a lot of them have simply faded away. Heck, this thread is named after a guy named Peng who is but a mere phantom these days (although he did make a brief appearance in a thread on the outreboard, can you believe that). The Houses of old are largely moribund. A sad state of affairs indeed. Were it not for Heckle and Jeckle to put some life back into this here cesspool, this thread would be on page 26, withering away. Lost in the mists of time. But no, H&J make sure all the oldtimers here are woken up in time after their afternoon nap. We even wipe the drool of their wrinkled old faces (actually...no). And here comes Nidan Pyle, calling us twits? Tsk tsk tsk. Really.

I wonder if the new BFC website they are working on can rival yours . It looks really good. I will certainly upload new stuff when I have it. Unfortunately (or not, depending on how you look at it) the number of scenarios I will make as a member of the community will be less than before. I still make scenarios, but most will likely surface as stock scenarios in upcoming releases. I made a bunch of stuff for Red Thunder because I skipped Black Sea (modern just ain't my thang ya know) choosing to supplement the scenario content for that one instead. But now with Bulge development in full swing, no way I will skip that . As always I do encourage others that are able and willing to make scenarios and publish them for the benefit of the community. And your website is a great tool for that. As you said yourself in the "About" on your website, making scenarios for CMx2 is quite different from CMx1. It is considerably harder. Consequently, a lot less people are making them. Very understandable. Yet, if you manage to pull it off and put your labor of love out there, you can be rightly proud of it. Because then you belong to a special breed

As far as I remember, changes are slight, but they are there. So I would swap it.

@mjkerner: this version of GoW was not published before. There was a GoW 1.1 to correct a few minor things, but Redux is new. So unless you have a release candidate from the testing cycle (you were one of the playtesters so this is very likely), it is not possible you have this one already This is indeed the version that was made in August 2014. I finalized it sometime in september. I was saving it for a release along with the next module for CMRT. But Bulge was first and The Scenario Depot looked really good, so I thought ow well, let's release it now. @Baneman: most changes are subtle. The aim of Redux was to make it somewhat harder for the German player. It was felt they had it a tad easy (of course very much depending of the skill of the player, but still). Hopefully this will present a bit more of a challenge for the German player. Let me know how it plays out; I am always hungry for feedback. @all: this was in my vault for 10 months, so memory is kinda blurry concerning what changes I did for Redux. My notes from then are...messy . I had little time to walk through Redux again top to bottom for release, since I am caught up with Bulge right now. So I trust I knew what I was doing 10 months ago...

Just finished uploading all my stuff. I even uploaded some oldies I made for Market Garden, my first adventures in scenario making It all went smooth. Jolly good show. Change the pictures all you want, as long as it looks cool Except for CMRT Gates of Warsaw Redux, all these scenarios are in the BFC repository. CMRT Gates of Warsaw Redux is new. You are the first to offer it for downloading, it is not up in the BFC repository.

Not necessarily formatting, just some more space to type a decent description and the possibility to put in some carriage returns. Nothing fancy. Okay Shane. I just uploaded CMRT Fester Platz Polozk. Nice clean interface, well done. One thing could use some improvement though IMHO: scenario/map description. Please make this a textbox so you can add a decent description. But that is about the only thing I can think of right now. I will add the others this week too, including CMRT GoW Redux. AlexUK! Yeah, you were one of the playtesters for the Gates of Warsaw Redux version I was thinking of releasing it when the new CMRT module is out. But that may be a while since BFC decided that Bulge was first in line. It has been sitting on my hard drive since. Been so busy with Bulge stuff, that all CMRT stuff was temporarily shelved. Had more scenarios in the works for CMRT. But can do only so much. I will upload all my already published CMRT scenarios to the Depot and throw in Gates of Warsaw redux too as soon as I have some time to spare. I have just spent hours tweaking an AI plan for a Bulge scenario and could use a break I will try to do it some time this week. Ow, and hi Boo. Nice to see they let you out of the Cesspool for a while! Hope you washed before you posted here.

Good looking website! Do you want scenarios that are not yet on the BFC repository (ie completely new ones)? I could upload the existing stuff I made for CMRT (CMRT Firebrigade von Saucken, CMRT Fester Platz Polozk, etc. ) I may also have something residing on my harddrive that is as of yet unreleased, yet already playtested (CMRT Gates of Warsaw Redux) that may be eligible for uploading and branded as semi new. A bit pressed for time right now, because I am knee deep in making bulge stuff But again, looking good.
