  1. Mord, correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that a screenshot from my "Warlords In a Barrel" Scenario? HA! I love it.
  2. Oh great! I've added my first, this looks like a very nice resource. I like the simplicity of the websites design.
  3. I hope that WASN'T Tom Berenger that stood up? Probably not considering he has nerves of steel ( See the movie SNIPER for proof! HA!) I was kinda hoping somebody would notice and comment on the celebrity appearances in this scenario.
  4. You guys have no idea the satisfaction it gives me to hear of any number of players trying my scenario! I too have had some terribly disastrous yet hilarious air strikes in my many replays of this one during play testing.... the best was the A-10 gun-run that ripped my guys to bits JUST as they made it to the escape zone! ( must have been politically charged, preventing any witnesses to the covert ops!) Thanks guys, can't wait to make some 1.03 scenarios!
  5. That was fun, and tough with so few troops. Can you give me details on the smoke that pops up inside the city about 1/2 way into the game? Was that to signify the locals sending smoke signals to alert other fighters to the invaders presence? Thanks for the fun scenario!
  6. -Link Below- http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?8uyzy5idyjm -Link Above- US Special Forces have been in concealed positions for 3 days overlooking the suspected location of a meeting between two powerful warlords. Once both Warlords are confirmed to be on location, call in air strikes to eliminate the Primary targets. Do you have the patience to know when and where to call in the air strikes? Do you have the nerve to lie in wait amidst enemy patrols? Do you have the grit to get your men out alive from deep behind enemy lines? Good luck men! _______________________________________________ I have attempted to create a mission with focus on tension and anticipation. It may be for you , it may not... I had alot of fun making it and I hope some of you will play-test it and enjoy it as well! Thanks
  7. What in the name of God is this thread about? I came in here to challenge somebody to a game of CMBB or CMSF and at this point my head is spinning, all the change is missing from my nightstand and I think my daughter is pregnant. I can quite definably say I am out of my element here..... good day to you sirs.
  8. I second the notion. Im working on a slightly longer 60 min scenario and wow do I spend alot of time watching the same old thing only to test late-game AI. Imagine a time progression bar you could slide like an mp3 player program? wow.....
  9. Oooooo very interesting / ambitious, with the Editor it should be no problem technically to complete, good luck!
  10. Am I correct in observing units can only be commanded to move into a building, with no ability to set additional waypoints within that same building? So, they enter a building assemble at windows on the left, and in order to get them to assemble at the windows to the right I have to issue a Face command? Thanks
  11. Thanks, I do have the .pdf manual and will examine it closer.
  12. I've seen balconies in some player made maps, how are these created? Thanks
  13. Only if BFC knew how to model civilian behavior. Which means they'd have to cover the various motivations civvies might have for being in a hot battlefield, instead of seeking shelter or having already fled the city. It's a ludicrously hard problem for unclear gain. </font>
  14. Ding, come on into the scenario editor forum and post this, I'm sure you will get help there.
  15. PArabellum, could you tell me how you posted that beautiful pic in your opening post to the forums? I can't for the life of me figure out how to post screenshots here..... Also, nice scenario. I've played it a couple of times as US and taken a beating each time.
  16. nope sorry, currently working on a 31+ mission campaign </font>
  17. Meaning I have to imagine my collateral damage right? Don't you think it would be fun to watch civilians scatter after an artillery strike?
  18. Anyone play this yet? I've put it on hold to work on my next scenario...which is going to be MUCH more thought out. Just curious if anyone played this first attempt? Thanks
  19. Am I missing somthing here, do we actually get to see civilians running around getting in the way of bullets? Im wokring on a my next scenario and I don't see any civilians during play testing? I want collateral damage......
  20. Is it possible to assemble a plan, complete with a set of orders, have the group assigned the plan execute the plan and then have them execute it again from the beginning. Essentially, can I put a unit on a "patrol plan" with a series of orders / way points that guides the unit around an area on "patrol" and have them repeat the cycle? As it stands you can only issue 16 orders ( unless the list expands ) and I don't see any repeat plan options. Anyone? Thanks
  21. Hi George I think I understand what you are trying to achive. You want unmanned vehicles parked ready for anyone able to get in them, mount the vehicles and go from there. I have had sucess using US support units only for this purpose. I selected a support unit, deleted the crews ( can't delete the HQ unit which is VERY annoying) and then deployed the humvees unmanned. They are then ready for use by any unit smallenough to use them. For larger infantry units I split the squad up to fit into 2 seperate Humvees. So, while you won't be able to deploy the Humvees crew, you can load other small squads into the vehicles to then act as the crew... I understand you are trying to achieve this using Red forces, which I am not as familiar with yet. Are we on the same page? Good luck, I will host my scenario soon and you can see what I mean.
  22. Well actually there is a round-about way I believe. I am currently working on a scenario with a Humvee parked behind an infantry unit. I purchased a Stryker unit, and deleted eveything save the HQ squad, one scout squad and a Humvee support vehicle. This allows me to deploy the Humvee "unmounted" Whether this works with the Syrian / Unconventional forces I'm not sure. Play around with purchase units and find out? Good luck
  23. Amazing, a guided wire system seems delicate, but obviously works. Would that make this weapon only effective in open terrain? Also, can one be launched without LOS and guided by a second unit with LOS? That would be sweet.
