  7. To my knowledge CMBB and CMAK both accurately represent this. I have personally never seen a gun lower further than it would be able to in reality. I have not run any tests on this but I do recollect my own infantry being next to a tank, unable to lower its gun further, had my infantry targeted but could not engage them until it reversed a few meters. Regarding Red Orchestra however. I have really never had the problem you are referring to. If a slope is too steep you will obviously not be able to depress your gun low enough. But most "gentle slopes" in Red Orchestra will give you no problems in lowering the tank's gun. On a more offtopic note, Red Orchestra does a poor job at accurately simulating tank combat. Also with the current UT engine it is impossible to properly model the tank's armor and penetration values. Nor is it possible to get rid of the horrid health system tanks have in the game. Tschüß!   9. All vehicle mods by MikeyD are hi-res as compared to the stock bmps. They also are very nicely finished with lots of options such as decals, tactical marking and the like. DEY, whom is listed as daffy on www.cmmods.com, does great white washing for winter vehicles. Andrewtf does wonderful infantry uniforms. Also check out DavidI and Pat's work for all your halftrack & armored car needs. And of course, welcome back to the game! Tschüß! Erich
  10. The MG34 on the AA mount was "meant" for AA duties, but how effective it was is debatable. You can imagine if you are lucky enough to hit a plane flying low enough with 7,92mm rounds, how effective that will be. So at best the MG34 on the AA mount is a complete last ditch defense option. A commander rather his tank be hidden then be in a good position to start firing the AAMG at enemy plane(s). Wouldn't you? Tschüß! Erich

  17. -Mikey After doing a search earlier, albeit after posting, I realized the identification error I made between the D and late D models. I did not know the port on the D model turret's left side was for communication, I had always read it as a shell ejection port. ^^ Tschüß! Erich
  18. Beautiful work on that Ausf. D Mikey! I already have it installed on both CMBB as well as CMAK. -DavidI The little holes were pistol ports. There was also a hole around half the size of the hole in the rear of the turret, on the left side of the turret for shell ejection. But I am guessing Mikey did not model that because it would show up on both sides perhaps? FYI, they are also for heavy cigarette smoking crews as Hetzer suggested! Tschüß! Erich
